An excellent stay with spacious, comfortable rooms, a great location, and outstanding service

Pros: I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: Palais Medina is one of the best hotels in Fes,The staff are friendly and the hotel is beautiful. I love the pool area and eating area with light purple 💜 was stunning and an excellent color choice. I've called the laundry service and left it at my door and left,wondering if my clothes will get washed as I left before it was collected with a little note When I returned at night it was all done placed in bags neatly on my bed - Thanks for the wonderful service - شكرا It is walking distance from the Mall and very convenient to get food or go shopping and the mall closes late so that's a plus. It is very safe and clean and that's the most important thing for all Travellers.

Cons: I rated it 9/10 This is because the bathroom needed something so the water goes down a little faster and there was a slight clean water leak. Small issues that I trust Palais Medina will sort out as part of general maintenance. The pool area is under revamp as well,so I'm sure the minor issues inside the rooms will be done with time I've notified the hotel and they were very helpful in trying to sort it out for me immediately. I do thank them for the hospitality.

Pros: Mr Omar from the reception received us very well. It was a nice welcoming, and we felt immediately like we were home. The check-in was very fast, which was important because we had a 4 hour cat ride to arrive from Casablanca. Thank you Omar!🙏 The rooms are big and very clean. The swimming pool is wonderful and huge, sun all day over it. Our daughter had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, next to the mall and close to the centre where you can have anything you need by foot.

Pros: The staff is exceptionally friendly and consistently provides assistance. The room offers a delightful view, and the location is conveniently situated between the new and old city.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Peaceful resort away from the medina. Slightly rundown but met our needs.

Pros: It is a good distance from the Medina, close enough to get a cheap taxi but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The pool was lovely. Air conditioning and wifi in the bedroom was great.

Cons: Food and drink service can be slow at times. We ordered 2 drinks from room service, they called back once after 10 mins to check the order and then the drinks took another 10/15 minutes to get to the room. The hotel is slightly run down for the higher than normal price in this area - seats and tables in Moroccan restaurant were broken, no shampoo or toilet paper in bathroom, shower head didn’t work properly, no coffee in the room even though there was a Nespresso machine.

Pros: Big comfortable room, nice pool, friendly personal. Big and tasty breakfast buffet. Special thanks to Omar on the reception desk.

A nice hotel in Fes

Pros: The location is on the new town side, next to Carrefour shopping centre. After spent one night in a very small room at the old city, the hotel is much comfortable. The bed is wide and the room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. From the balcony you can overlook the old city.

Cons: The room (428) has very poor wifi connection. You have to be close to the door to use the Internet. The bathroom may need renovation. The restaurants are at lower floor and there is no lift.

Serene location for relaxation and stress free holiday

Pros: The beautiful location and wonderful staff who were ready to render assistance. Close to the old city(Medina)

Cons: The buffet should equally have continental dishes
