Pros: Good location with a shopping mall across the road. A short taxi ride to the Medina. Exceptional staff. Our room was not ready after check in time, so Bilal from guest services called in Mr Akram, the manager. They both decided to upgrade us to a suite.

Fantastic Stay at Barcelo Fes

Pros: I liked that the hotel was centrally located on the new side of Fes and close to all amenities. Our tour bus was able to fetch us directly from the hotel. All hotel staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean, cosy and luxurious.

Peaceful stay, value for money.

Pros: The staff were exceptional especially Mohammed (Baggages). He greeted us with a smile at all times and helped us drag our bags down the road when we were leaving.

Pros: Very nice hotel, with three good onsite restaurants that served beer and wine. We ate dinner at the each restaurant over our three days. Medium long walk to medina or very short cheap cab ride. Underground parking easy to access.
