Camp Desert Stars

Amazing !!

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Camp Desert Stars! The location in the dunes is magical, the tents are clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious, the camel ride unforgettable, and the night under the stars was simply breathtaking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Sahara desert experience!

Pros: A stay at a camp in the campDesert stars is a truly Surrounded by vast, rolling dunes, the peacefulness and isolation of the desert provide a sense of tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere. The clear night skies offer a breathtaking view of the stars, far from any light pollution. During the day, you can explore the unique landscape on camelback, or simply relax and take in the beauty of the endless sand. The traditional hospitality of the local hosts, often with Berber roots, adds to the authenticity of the experience. It’s a perfect blend of adventure and serenity.

Pros: The location, hospitality, staff, drumming and music at night, food, clean facilities and rooms. Overall it is a good valie for money. I will be back soon!

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: The management and the staff was very friendly and professional. The staff took the extra mile to make all my group members feel comfortable. We experienced exceptional rain and flood in the desert, even the locals have not seen thisbkind of rain for two decades, the way the owner handled the situation was very professional. The dinner and the breakfast was good, and the atmosphere of the place was amazing, the surrounding landscape was very diverse featuring dunes with palm trees and scrublands, and steppe environments with the peaks of Jbel Beni in the background. It was beautiful.

Pros: We got picked up from Mhamid and driven to the camp. The staff was friendly and tried to make our stay as good as possible. They also helped us book a trip into the desert - very recommendable. Breakfast was amazing, the room beautiful (there are several small houses), and it's just gorgeous to experience sunrise and sunset in the desert, enjoying the remoteness and calmness. As they drove us back to our car in Mhamid, it had a flat tire and they also helped us fixing it.

Cons: We didn't have warm water in the shower, but also we didn't want to waste water and leave it running to figure out if warm water comes after a while... but in the end: we're in the desert, so it's a luxus to have running water and proper toilet at all ;)

Pros: The camp is in an amazing area right at the Sahara. And still super comfortable. The stay was very nice, I highly enjoyed it!
