Pros: Amazing spot, Mustafa is a great host, caring and kind. The food is delicious and the history of the object exceptional. Highly recommended! We stayed 2 nights and did not regret it.

Pros: Magical place to stay, in amongst 16th century ruins used in many Hollywood films. Mustafa the host does everything and is charming and very friendly, his English is superb from working in the film industry in his youth. The food was simple and traditional, possibly the best food we had in Morocco. If you're passing through the Draa valley you must stay here. You won't find a more authentic experience.

Pros: This is a fairy tale! The accommodation, location and the host - everything is a unique experience that you will remember forever. I recommend to stay for more than one night.

Pros: Amazing house with an authentic atmosphere. The property is an old kasbah beautifully refurbished by the owner. It was incredibly quiet, with a stunning view from the terrace over the mountains and the oasis. The location is truly special—right inside the oasis, surrounded by palm trees, with palm groves and a magical sunrise visible from a small window in the room. The surroundings are full of old kasbahs and ruins that you can freely explore, giving the whole area a true lost place feeling. Everything felt authentic and thoughtfully made, from the design to the decorations. The owner was exceptionally kind and even cooked for us; we had the best tagine of our entire trip in Morocco. An unforgettable experience.

Best authentic kasbah hotel experience - like time traveling

Pros: Most authentic Moroccan experience by far. Like going back in time but with all the modern luxuries. Host was very welcoming and made us the best Moroccan food in our 2 week trip. Don’t doubt , book it now. You will remember it forever!

Pros: This is the most amazing place!! Do yourself a favour and book here! We were blown away by it. The most welcoming and friendly owner, Mustafa, has painstakingly restored an ancient mud building and decorated it so well you feel like you are stepping back in time! We were just mesmerised. Dinner and breakfast were also the best we had in Morocco and they are taken on the most delightful terrace overlooking the palmery. The roof terrace was wonderful too! Mustafa met us in the car park to guide us to the Kasbah, where you literally walk through ruins to get to his amazing place. Kasbah des Caids was so quiet and peaceful to explore and a 2 minute walk from Kasbah Maktob. I would recommend a guide to make the most of it. We were so sad to only be staying for one night and will be making a point of staying for 2/3 when we return to Morocco one day.

Aunthentic wonder

Pros: Charming place, very authentic and quite. Wonderful food

Pros: Superb and authentic. Details of the parking will be provided by the owner, easier to reach by car. From parking lot you have some distance to the acomodation on a semi rough terrain. Better if you have backpack and not a big troller on wheels. But no worries, just let the big bag in the car, go to the acomodation and the owner will help you carry it. Amazing breakfast. Also i recommend the dinner

Pros: It’s really beautiful and unique experience. You’ll sleep in kasbah in the middle of Palm Oasis and surrounding mountains, that light up during sunset! 😍 We thought It Would be cold at night, but It Was pretty warm. ☺️ Very authentlicly dekorated. We had the bathroom for ourselves! Clean rooms, comfy, warm water in the bathroom,… And our host was so kind - welcomed us with some moroccan tea and cookies. But the views are the best!🥰
