Good stay, nice staff

Pros: A good night sleep, hospitality of the staff and the good breakfast. Simple but so good, all fresh food.

Clean and very friendly little hotel

Pros: Clean and comfy rooms, it exceeded our expectations. The receptionist Omaima was very kind and helpful. She was always making sure we were comfortable and asking if we needed something. The location is central so expect some trafic noise but it gets better at night. The breakfast was decent and generous.

Cons: Expect to pay only and in cash

Pros: Staff were really great. Very welcomin. We arrived by bicycle and the bikes were brought in overnight and totally safe.

That’s was a pretty good experience. An amazing holiday

Pros: The hotel was exactly what we saw on the site. The European decorated rooms , the portraits , even the floor. That’s pretty awesome.

Cons: It’s not as much easy to join the hotel in imouzzer du Kandar cause the hotel didn’t have a car to pick up the costumers from the airport or from the train station in FES. But you can despite it take a taxi from Fès. The hotel is so near of Ifrane ( 15min in a taxi )

Pros: Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel pour la qualité de l’accueil et des services. Le personnel est très professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, et l’atmosphère générale de l’hôtel est calme et agréable. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir

Endroit de passage, chambre confortable

Pros: La chambre au dernier étage est géniale, bien confortable. On s'y est senti très bien! Personnel bien gentil.

Cons: Juste à côté de la grande route, donc il faut s'attendre à un peu de bruit de grand matin. Boules quiès utiles. La propreté du café-restaurant où se tient le petit déjeuner est vraiment limite (surtout le sol), dû notamment au nombreux passages des gens. Un petit coup de balai régulier ferait pourtant toute la différence...
