A Perfect Desert Experience

Pros: We had a truly special night at Dihya Desert Camp! The camel ride was unforgettable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was impressed by how fast the Wi-Fi was — not something you expect in the desert! The location is easy to reach by regular car and just a short distance from the big dunes, which makes it perfect for exploring. There were sandboards available for some fun on the dunes, and the restaurant’s unique décor gave everything a cozy, authentic touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole stay even better. Highly recommend Dihya Desert Camp.

Esperienza da fare assolutamente !

Pros: È sorprendente come nel mezzo del deserto ci sia un camp così elegante e ben organizzato ! La camera era enorme, calda e confortevole, con la doccia più grande che io abbia mai visto. Ottima la location, proprio a ridosso delle dune. Buona la colazione e anche la cena. Personale molto gentile. Hanno organizzato per noi tutta una serie di attivitá: il transfert dall'aeroporto, la cooking class per preparare la pizza barbera, la cammellata al tramonto, la gita in 4x4 nel deserto. Bellissima esperienza. Da fare assolutamente !

Pros: SO happy we booked here! Mohamed was an amazing host and everyone we met was incredibly hospitable and kind. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable; it did not feel like camping! We had camel rides there and back, and it was such a beautiful, peaceful experience. The fire and Berber music was great fun and the musician leading the music and dancing was fantastic. Beautiful setting for stargazing and sunset watching. Food was great and especially loved the fresh orange juice and Berber omelette in the morning! All in all a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend!

Pros: This was a must-do for us and we are so glad we decided to do it. Spending a couple nights in the Sahara Desert was such an incredible and humbling experience. When you sit there surrounded by sand dunes as far as the eye can see and the moon is lighting the sky like a soft streetlamp, the quiet is so peaceful you almost don't know what to do with it but soak it all in. The camp staff are ready to help with anything you need and their kind demeanor and hospitality is top quality. Definitely recommend this off the beaten path destination.
