Everything I need in a hotel clean, comfy, great service and my go to spot whenever I’m back

Great staff - Amazing receptionist - Abdul

Pros: The hotel is very well situated, you can find everything you need around it. The exceptionaly welcoming staff, specifically the receptionist Abdul (sorry if I'm misspelled his name) The care they took of my car after I forgot the window open. All in all a nice place in an amazing city.

Cons: The bedroom was very dated, the bathroom was really not good.

We have met the most kindly person ever. It was the receptionist Ismail who was so helpful to us. He has a perfect smile

Pros: The biggest adventage is the short distance between the hotel and CTM station. Also, the breakfast was nice.

Calm and comfortable

Pros: The entrance of the place was wonderful, quiete place (we went in the period of ramadam), the stuff was so kind and polite, in particular we had the pleasure to be help from Ismail, the receptionist, a calm, polite and gentle person that satisfied our necessities ! The breakfast in the morning was great and typical !! it was a pleasure.

Cons: The broken building out of the window (pretty decadent, but normal for the place) , and the absence of the hooks in the toilet (no where to put my towel)

Pros: Positive and responsive staff. Breakfast served early in the morning due to early departure. Hotel positioned in midway location as I wanted. Thanks to staff for their kindness.
