Satisfactory Stay at the 5-star Marriott Hotel

Pros: Very spacious room. Excellent staff who are always helpful and polite. It is located in the “New Town” area, but only a 10-15 min taxi ride to the Medina. As such, it does have a very convenient location.

Cons: There are a few things I believe Marriott can work to improve a bit: - we ordered room service twice in our 3-night stay. Club sandwich on our first night was good, but on our second time was completely cold. - Since the room was quite warm, we wanna turned on the air conditioning. But we could not. Their staff said air conditioning has been turned off completely. - WiFi was not very stable - Water from the shower spilled out to the bathroom door every night. We had to get extra bath mat to clean it up every night.

Pros: An absolutely world-class experience! I have stayed in many places, but the professionalism here is truly exceptional. Every single staff member, from the front desk and the restaurant team to the cleaning crew, was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. The rooms are beautiful, impeccably clean, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort. A sincere thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

The best choice where to stay in Fes

Pros: Wonderful hotel with a very nice pool. The location was just perfect close to the Medina just 10min by taxi, in a very quiet and nice part of Fes. The staff was very kind, the rooms beautiful well equipped and comfortable, the rich breakfast of local and international dishes was very delicious. We recommend the hotel a lot. When we come back to Fes we will definitely stay in Marriott again.

Pros: Spacious, clean and very comfortable room, with a great bathroom and balcony. Every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast was wonderful, with a huge selection of fresh, well prepared food. The staff catering breakfast were a massive asset to the hotel. Perfect stay!

Pros: My experience at the Jnan Palace Marriott in Fez was absolutely wonderful. The hotel feels like a real palace, full of authentic details that reflect the very essence of the city of Fez, with handcrafted touches that are simply breathtaking. I loved everything: the beautifully designed spaces, the three amazing restaurants inside the hotel, and the charming patio where every corner invites you to relax. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile, which made our stay even more special. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Staying here felt like living a dream in the heart of Fez. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to combine comfort, elegance, and a true Moroccan atmosphere.

Excellent location with Moroccan ambiance

Pros: Great location in the center of town and close to the old city of Fez, attractions, malls, shops, and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Especially at reception, breakfast, swimming pool, and housekeeping.

Cons: Food and beverages are not charged to the room, the guest must pay at the restaurant or bar. It's not convenient. The place is under construction and renovation, which sometimes is very noisy and inconvenient. Rooms and furniture need to be updated. Outdoor landscape needs serious attention. My suite did not have any view, just bare land with some old trees. Only one ATM machine, and if it's not working could cause inconvenience especially late at night.

Beautiful Ambiance– The traditional Moroccan décor and architecture created an authentic and charming atmosphere. 3. Friendly Staff – The team was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with recommendations or requests. 4. Comfortable Rooms– The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities while maintaining a traditional touch.

Cons: 1. Limited Breakfast Choices – While the breakfast was fresh and decent, the variety was quite basic. Expanding the selection would greatly improve the experience. 2. Maintenance Issues– Some parts of the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, such as a loose bathroom tile, a slow-draining shower, and slightly outdated fixtures. A bit of upkeep would enhance comfort.
