Pros: The location was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice

Happy about my stay and would come back again

Pros: Everything except some bad ventilation in the WC in the morning when light is off. The breakfast was rich and various and the staff amazing.

Fab hotel, excellent in every aspect, value for money, restaurant does great tagines. Would definitely stay there again

Pros: Fabulous, friendly staff, both at Reception and Restaurant. Excellent Wi-Fi, fridge in room, balcony. Great location for Ville Nouvelle. Great breakfast. Modern, clean facilities.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: Pleasant service, everybody very polite and attentive. Good restaurant with good prices. Silent and calm place. Would stay there again.

Pros: The place was central, clean and the personal super helpful. The bed was comfortable (hard).

Cons: The breakfast could be better. There were enough plugs but not on the side of the bed.

Pros: Great location for me. I was able to park my car in front of the hotel. I just spent one night a.d left early in the morning but I had a good stay overall.

Cons: Bathroom was too small. Tv remote wasn't working.

Nice place to stay in Fes.

Pros: Perfect hotel for Fes touring. Nice area and very close by car to the Medina and other Fes attractions. Rich and delicious breakfast. The room was equipped with a balcony which helped us to see the city view.

Cons: Nothing to be complain of.

Pros: Personnel sympathique, disponible et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés. Possibilité de manger sur place à toutes heures (même si je n'ai pas fait). Literie et chambre confortables.

Cons: Parfois un peu de bruit dans la rue.

Pros: Personnel a l écoute et très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux, juste le thé à la menthe et qui est un must n etait pas bon.

Cons: Il y a un problème d odeur qui se dégage des égouts surtout dans les chambres 609 et 511.

Pros: Cabe destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal en todo momento. Las instalaciones son correctas, y tiene un restaurante muy bonito en la última planta. El desayuno es tipo buffet, tiene lo necesario para un buen desayuno.

Cons: Aunque parece que está bien ubicado, está situado en la parte moderna de fez, quedando la medina a distancias muy largas (casi 1 hora caminando). No lo recomiendo si tú idea es callejar y usar el transporte lo menos posible. Acabas caminando mucha distancia para llegar al hotel.
