Amazing Human Connection from staff

Pros: Amazing human contact connection from the staff. I slept like a baby during my stay.

Amazing Human Touch Interaction

Pros: The staff were very helpful. The best part of it was the human connection. They were happy to help. When I checked out, while walking to the towards the reception, a staff who was walking towards reception offered to help with my luggage. The staff could have not cared but he decided to help. This was a very good gesture. The mattress was comfortable for me. I slept like a baby.

Cons: Room Maintenance., I feel like the hotel need to proactively look into maintaining the room. The bathroom looked like the maintenance done is not frequent.

Pros: the last day we leave our stuff in one room for free, kind stuff, the bath in our room was broken and we said they repair it very quick, also the card 2times in 1day didnt work but in 1min they repair it:) good breakfast… big hotel

Good value for a nice stay.

Pros: Hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood. The staff are professional and courteous. The pool area is also very nice. Good value for a stay in this part of town.

Cons: The facilities are getting a little old, but that was not a problem for me.

Pros: There were various garden areas to be seated and enjoy a drink. The pool was nice.

Cons: The breakfast had a poor selection of food. No fruit at all.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. It was lovely to be able to sit in the garden. Even though it's beside a busy road, you get the feeling of peace. Thanks to all the staff who made for a great time.
