Four star service!

Pros: In addition to excellent rooms at a good location for a reasonable price, it is also a place where you instantly feel welcome. The staff lives and breathes hospitality! We had a problem with a suitcase (loose wheel), and in 5 minutes, a maintenance man showed up with tools and fixed it. They also arranged transport for us.

Cons: I can't think of anything!

A lovely hotel in the newer part of Fes

Pros: Well kept property with spacious room and nice breakfast included

Cons: A bit hard to find too many eating places nearby but we still managed to find a good pasta place, Paul’s bakery and Moroccan restaurant right next to the hotel. Overall good for a few night’s stay

Excellent comfortable base for a remarkable city

Pros: Only a few years old, and still fresh and smart; our conventionally laid-out room was immaculate and very comfortable. Located some 20mins walk from the station on an attractive wide boulevard, there's a reasonable spread of restaurants and shops in the local area.

Cons: Wifi was slow; and we were disappointed that the airport transfer we'd ordered and confirmed on arrival failed to materialise (it didn't take long to get a taxi, though, DH200).

Good!!!

Pros: This is a business hotel in a new city. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and banks nearby. It is a 4-star hotel, clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and the room is clean. The small swimming pool and view on the rooftop are also very nice. We stayed as a group of 19 people and had no problems at all. I plan to stay again in December.

Cons: One thing that is disappointing is that outside noise is transmitted through the window.

Unforgettable Stay.

Pros: Everything about the hotel is just amazing, since I step inside, the warmth welcome from the receptionist make me feel home, the cleanliness of the room was just perfect. The breakfast was so tasty and the attentive of the waiters make my stay so unforgettable. I 100% recommend this hotel because of its location and for their lovely staff.
