Pros: Great location, lovely staff and good value for money.

Cons: The hair dryer was not working, and they were in a hurry to close the breakfast.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room. Enjoyed the service in the bar.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't the best.

Pros: I like it I wanna thank you for everything but I have just a small point. I think it’s no good charging just one espresso extra with the breakfast.

Great stay here

Pros: The size of the room was quite large with also a balcony to go out onto, but the bed is the biggest I had seen in a long time it could and it was very comfortable. People will say the furniture is outdated, but I'm going to say it's vintage. Plenty of desks and chairs to use and slippers were also provided along with enough toiletries in the bathroom. Soundproofed windows also. The staff were very helpful when required, hailing a taxi for me to go to an Afcon game. They also honoured my requests I made by pre booking a taxi for me to go to the airport early in the morning and also provided a breakfast box for me to take prior to officially opening for breakfast as I had to leave a few minutes before. Truly appreciated my stay here and would easily stay again. There's also a supermarket 2 mins away around the corner which helped.

Cons: Just felt the addition of a mini fridge in the room would help but as I was there for one night it was ok.

Pros: Staff were nice and friendly, the room was spacious and comfy while the location was central and close to everything

Perfect stays. Worth the price

Pros: Everything works perfectly well. The toilet is functional and clean.

Cons: Close to train station and it’s in city center and the staffs are so friendly.

Lovely stay

Pros: Fancy hotel, the staff were really nice, the receptionist was really welcoming and the doorman helped us with ordering taxis as the Medina is far, breakfast was really good too, they let us store our luggage after checkout too since we wanted to go sightseeing

Cons: Potentially time for a small refurbishment for the bathrooms. Very confusing room numbering.

Pros: Very elegant and refined hotel near the station in Fes. The Medina is a pleasant 30 minutes walk from the hotel and the area has plenty eateries and stores for all your needs. Room is very nice, bed was comfortable, had every kind of amenities, including toileteries, minifridge, and a coffee/te making station. Staff was very kind and professional, always happy to help. Breakfast was very good as well.

Cons: The hairdryer wasn't working and the kettle was leaking. I'm sure the staff would have found a solution promptly though, i didn't ask because i was only staying one night, but i have no doubts the well prepared and kind staff would have fixed it in no time.

Amazing Staff

Pros: Amazing stay! The staff were friendly - Jihen, Manal, Hayat, Fuad, Bilaal, Marwah, Ismail and Eleena God bless you all for your hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!
