Pros: Hotel was centrally located and was very functional. Staff were also helpful with getting a taxi to the stadium for Afcon.

Cons: Nothing...

Good staff, location far from old Medina.

Pros: The room was relatively clean, except some mold in the bathroom. The beds were hard but comfortable. The staff was great, very friendly.

Cons: The restaurant only had set menu, there was no bar either. The location is far from the old Medina, about one hour walk but to be fair it is like 12 minutes with a taxi and very cheap, like 15-20MAD.

Pros: The hotel is very good for any one who wants to have some peace and quiet . The hotel is very clean rooms are big and noise free . The staff are professionals and very friendly .

So lovely - exceptional members of staff

Pros: Great location. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. I came as a disabled guest after breaking my ankle. The staff members were all so lovely and accommodating. They upgraded our room to make it easier for me. They made our stay so pleasant and I honestly see this hotel as a home from home. The bathroom was so lovely and big and the breakfast was modest but delicious.

Pros: Everything was available and if you didn't have anything or wanted something, don't worry, You have Omar with you at the reception and Amin took care of your needs with Adnan in the restaurant. Everything was great. Thank you Atlas Saiss thank you Omar
