Pros: I had chosen Hotel Azoul basically because of its location. It is right in the centre of Ouarzazate, close to everything you might need during your stay. Check-in was easy and friendly (I arrived close to midnight). Azoul rooms may not be the most contemporary (like the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned) but very comfy, quiet and clean. Breakfast was served next door, in a small café and was fine. The staff at Azoul, especially Mohamed, were really nice.

Cons: Wifi signal can get weak but you just go into the hallway and it is ok.

Very comfortable room and hotel for the price but voucher for free breakfast at the restaurant.

Pros: Mohamed was very helpful and provided excellent customer service in recommending an outstanding restaurant nearby since the hotel’s restaurant was closed.

Cons: A more fully stocked bathroom with shampoo and body wash and more rolls of toilet paper would be helpful.

Great stay on the edge of town.

Pros: We are cycle tourers and this place was a perfect stay for us. It was easy to cycle to, our tandem was stored securely inside and the room had everything we needed. It had a good shower, a comfortable bed with good linen, heating, a balcony and was a five minute walk from the Carrefore. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Pros: Beautifully presented building in traditional style (though a recent build). Quiet night's sleep. Bicycles straight inside. Really helpful staff. For the price this place certainly exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The two guys at reception were exceptionally welcoming, informative and friendly. A real asset to this hotel! We had everything we needed, a large clean room with a hot shower.

Cons: The room has a fridge, but it doesn't plug in, so you cannot use it. Bit bizarre! It would be nice to have a bright comfortable lounge. But for one night it was great.
