Excellent hotel with professional staff

Cons: The tour operator who was recommended by Hôtel was rude and overpriced. We booked our tour outside the hotel with better rate.

Cons: Un petit reproche, nous aurions manger un coucous au restaurant mais pas proposé dans l’établissement

Pros: Sehr sauberes Hotel nach internationalen Standards. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, ausgezeichneter Service. Super Frühstück! Wir waren spontan eine Nacht da und froh, in Marokko unter den ganzen überbewerteten Hotelanlagen endlich ein Hotel gefunden zu haben, das internationalen Standards entspricht (z.B. warmes Zimmer auch im Januar, zuverlässiges Warmwasser etc). Abgesehen davon: die Umgebung von Ouarzazate hat viel zu bieten. Volle Empfehlung!

Pros: When booking this hotel, I was expecting the typical quality of a large chain - but it turned out to be better than that. The hotel is new, clean, and well designed. The staff genuinely try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and you can feel that they care. The food in the restaurant was very good, especially if you’ve had enough of tagines and local cuisine. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful, with good coffee. On top of that, our room was quiet and had a large TV where everything actually worked.

Cons: If I really had to nitpick, the toilets were mounted at a strangely high height. I’m 182 cm tall and it still felt a bit odd, though not a major issue. Another thing that could be improved was responsiveness by phone - when I called the front desk from the room, no one picked up, and the same happened when I tried to reach the concierge to order room service. Lastly, the hotel entrance is on a street that is still under construction, so I’d definitely recommend booking a room with a pool view.

Cons: La vue de la chambre sur le chantier en construction. Les fumeurs autorisés dans le bar.

Spacious, beautifully designed rooms, serene pool and sky views, luxurious bedding, and genuinely wonderful staff. Breakfast was thoughtful and diverse for international guests. A place we would confidently recommend to our clients ✨
