Ibis Ouarzazate Centre

I say that this hotel has a fantastic swimming deck, location, and outlook. And very helpful staff.

Pros: Hakim at reception was very professionally attentive and helpful beyond the call of duty.

Cons: Coffee seemed to powdered freeze dried and (in Morocco of all places) the orange juice did not appear to be freshly squeezed.

Superb value hotel with wonderful desert views and lovely big swimming pool!

Pros: Great hotel, great location, great staff. There is also the picturesque Kasbah almost next door and in the same street two very good restaurants, the Full Sun and Asian restaurant! You feel you are getting everything the surrounding 5 star hotels have to offer but at a fraction of the price! 🙂

Cons: Nothing. Having to leave...

A comfortable stay with good service and a nice overall experience.

Pros: We got a room with mountain view and it was breathtaking. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, the heating was working perfectly to keep us warm as at this time of the year it’s quite cold during the mornings and nights. We really enjoyed the shower as the water pressure was so strong and never running out of hot water. The breakfast was very nice, my husband liked in particular the way you make your eggs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The only points of improvement would be to provide more towels for two guests. We were given two medium towels and one small hand towel, and an additional towel would have been useful, especially one to use on the floor after showering as the bathroom floor gets wet. Another area for improvement would be the TV, which felt quite outdated and did not have smart features or easy connectivity.

Awesome service, great location and clean rooms

Pros: Excellent location and clean rooms. Special mention to the awesome service. The staff was really attentive and went out of the way to make our stay memorable.

Cons: Breakfast could’ve been better

Pros: The room was clean and had all of the basics. The location is good when you are passing through. The staff seemed friendly and professional. I think it's a solid option for the price, and it has some nice to haves that I didn't try like a pool.

Cons: The room interior was a bit worn. The breakfast was convenient but just OK - reasonable range but nothing exciting or especially well executed.

67 year old motorbikes.

Pros: It was a great hotel. Secure motorbike parking. Great breakfast by the pool.

Cons: Nothing of note. It was a good hotel.

Pros: I had a wonderful time here. Staff are lovely. Food was good. Location was great .

Pleasant.

Pros: Stayed for a single night prior to our Flight back to the UK. Centrally located Hotel......great staff.....superb Pool Area. Breakfast was OK......but our Lunchtime meal left a lot to be desired !

Cons: Most definitely the worst Carbonara we have ever tasted !

Amazing place in Oarzazate

Pros: Everything was great. The location was really good in Oarzazate, the room was clean, and quiet. You can use the pool anytime of the day. They have european breakfast. And the staff is really nice too.

Cons: The shower was a little weird since the water comes out of it to the floor very easily. My door room and almost all of them have a problem with the card's to open it. It was a little annoying to open the door, some eletric problem was going on.

Typical Ibis hotel

Pros: It is a typical Ibis hotel, lives up to the standard. We chose it mainly because of the price which was really good and the pool. We were pleasantly surprised about the pool as it was nice and it was open at all times so we could use it in the evening as well. The rooms look like the pictures and it is nice that they also have for example hair dryer in the room as you dont have to ask to get it but its just there.

Cons: There was no plug to charge phones close to the bed which was annoying but thats really the only bad thing.
