Pros: Great place, excelente food, really helpful hosts, I recommend this stay

Pros: Comfortable rooms with amazing views and good food from the restaurant. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I would have liked a bit more flexibility about the timing of breakfast but this is a minor quibble!

Great location for exploring the national park

Pros: Located in a beautiful national park with the forest and mountains on your doorstep. The manager was friendly and accommodating on several requests we had during our stay.

Pros: We had a puncture on one of our motorcycles, and the manager was very helpful as it was being repaired. Also, the food in the restaurant was exceptional-best soup and tagine we had in Morocco!

Great stopover on my way through the park, lovely hotel and staff.

Pros: Huge breakfast, host spoke English French and Spanish so very easy to sort things. Really clean friendly place and lovely views. Room was palatial for the price so was very happy!

Perfect base for walking, well off the beaten track, excellent food and host.

Pros: The location is perfect. Very close to walking trails and in the heart of the mountains. Our host, Karim, could not have been more helpful. He showed us walking routes, stored our bikes in the garage and even offered showers after we had checked out. The food was authentic and delicious. It is a simple hotel but it has absolutely everything you need with the best tagine we’ve tasted so far, one year in, in Morocco.

Amazing hospitality with mountain views!

Pros: One of the owners, Abdellah, was there when we stayed. He and his staff did a great job of ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They shared that the hot water heater is on during certain hours and if we want to take a shower outside of those hours to let them know. We had hot water for our showers in the morning. The room was spotless and comfortable. Fatima is a great cook! Our dinner of beef tajine and our breakfast were both delicious. They provided guidance regarding the hike we wanted to do and the area. The views from the hotel are beautiful! We watched the moon rise over the mountain from our bed.

Cons: We only stayed one night and we wish we would have stayed 2 or 3 nights.

Pros: During our stay it was quiet in the hotel. This meant that the manager (Hachim?) was able to take us on 2 walks/hikes to show us the route and share local information.

A simple hotel that does excellent food.

Pros: This is a simple, fairly basic hotel that does excellent local food. The double room was an Ok size given we had several motorcycle boxes and bags, though they have much larger triple rooms. Everything was very clean. The bathroom had hand soap but no other toiletries so be prepared. The meals cost between 80-100dh depending on what you have. We had tajine both nights (chicken with lemon 😋, beef with dates/prunes, kefta with egg. Vegetable was available. There may be more choices but our French is not extensive. There was zaalouk (aubergine) and Moroccan salad to start, both excellent, and fresh fruit to finish. There are no other facilities in the village away from the summer period, except a small shop opposite the hotel; However it’s a great base for some interesting if occasionally challenging motorcycle routes and the walk up the Jbel Bouhadli mountain which overlooks the village takes a couple of hours.

Pros: It was fabulous. A very kind welcome. The room was clean and tidy even with a little balcony. We had an evening meal and it was delicious 3 courses and a bottle of water for 100MAD each it was well worth it.

Cons: The property does not take card payments so make sure you go prepared with cash. They where very kind and took Euro as we didn’t have enough MAD
