Pros: appartement top , lit au top … mise à part le petit incident à l’accueil, nous avions bien dormi

Cons: les appels à 23h passés de la réception ( l’homme travaillant le soir. ) bien qu’il soit gentil, j’ai trouvé ça irrespectueux. ma mère a été réveillée et moi-même également. manque de professionnalisme sur les documents administratifs tels que le passeport. Monsieur rappelle 3 heures plus tard dans la nuit pour les documents alors que nous lui avions dis que nous avions celui de ma mère qu’en photo. La mienne était présente physiquement. Je propose d’envoyer par mail mais il n’y a pas d’adresse. Il raccroche au nez.

Pros: Hele aardige mensen. Zeer behulpzaam. Doen de deuren voor je open en brengen je koffers naar je kamer. Ze doen niet moeilijk over wijzigingen of verzoekjes.

Cons: Jammer dat er alleen geen koffie of thee zakjes in de kamer waren. En wat flesjes water. Voor het bedrag dat ik betaalde verwachtte ik dat wel.
