Pros: We spent 3 nights in this beautiful camp. Ali was the best host. Super friendly and caring. We did the 4x4 tour with him and chat about local life and his own experience as a kid raised in nomad life. The room is impressively big and beautifully decorated. The best of the camp is the silence and isolation from other bigger camps. This has only 6 tents and it feels super personal and private. Ali built it himself. The food was really delicious. Both breakfast and dinner..and such a good value for money. The SkyView at night was impressive and breathtaking. It was my favourite part of our 2 weeks trip to Marrocco. And we loved it all! Special thanks to Ossama and his friend with whom we exchanged nice time and an evening walk to see the sunset with dromedaries.

Pros: We have been lucky enough to travel to many places but this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Such an epic location. A small camp away from other camps. The people working here were so kind and great with our two children. The food was delicious and the drumming and dancing around the fire was brilliant. We booked two activities while there - a 4by4 dessert tour and camel ride. Both were great. Just remember to take cash for lunch on the 4by4 your and to pay for the accommodation as it's a long way to a cash machine which we find out the hard way 🙈 Our boys loved the sandboarding and the oldest cried when we had to leave as he loved being there so much.
Cons: Leaving.

Perfectly located campsite managed by a great team
Pros: This camp is of great size, small enough to allow for a great experience of dunes and nature. Far from other campsites and between small dunes ensuring privacy. Great size tents with good beds, mattresses just hard enough to let your body unwind. Delicious breakfasts and dinners!! And we stayed here 3 nights so we really could enjoy their cooking, every evening something a little different and catering both to meat eaters and vegetarian in our group. Big thanks to the chef again. All staff were very helpful and friendly and tried to ensure we get everything we needed. They helped us to organise a sunset camel ride and a car trip around the area. Both really interesting and exciting. We would happily return there again.
Cons: There was some trouble with hot water and electricity, so this probably needs more attention but other than this everything was as we wished it would be.

Great experience, not to miss
Pros: The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Great location in the Sahara. The 4 wheel drive out to the tents was fun through the sand dunes. We paid €20 for a sunset camel ride, the guide was great and explained some local desert information. The camel ride didn’t feel rushed and we had plenty of time to sit and relax watching the sun set. The bed was comfortable. There were only 6 tents, so felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Cons: Something to note: We didn’t have a shower because it was cold and not much pressure, but it is out in the desert, so nothing to complain about. It was a little tricky to make contact with the property, due to our limited phone coverage. But the staff at the kasbah were helpful to help us make contact.

Book this - You will not be disappointed!
Pros: This was truly the best of the best — from the service to the food, every part of the experience was exceptional. I honestly couldn’t fault it. Bearing in mind that you’re completely isolated, don’t expect a typical five-star resort — but gosh, they really did everything possible to make it feel like a five-star stay. If I had to mention anything, the shower (yes, in the tent!) had very low pressure — but what can you expect in the middle of the Sahara? The sheets also felt a little worn, but honestly, who cares? This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we got exactly what we came for: peace, privacy, and just a handful of guests. Book this — you will not be disappointed.
Cons: Low pressure shower

Amazing experience, super friendly staff, no hidden costs
Pros: The camp is quite far from the village, but they transport you in a 4WD. The tents are spacious and include a bathroom. Everything was clean, despite being in the desert. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and fun. They organized an African music evening where we danced and sang. You can also enjoy stargazing. We went on a sunset camel ride, which was absolutely worth the money. There were no scams, unlike what you might read about other camps—we paid exactly what was agreed upon beforehand, with no hidden costs. We loved our stay: the food, the night, the entire experience!
Cons: We were traveling with two kids, and one of the beds was really not suitable for sleeping—it shook and creaked constantly. The bathroom was simply separated by a curtain within the tent, which was expected given the desert setting. There was cold water available in the tent, although the pressure was low—but at least it was there.

Once-in-a-lifetime experience
Pros: We had two wonderful nights at the desert camp, thanks in particular to the fantastic hospitality of Mohamed, Osama and Omar. From a welcome tea to a great day trip to delicious food and music. The tent was also beautifully decorated and we were even able to sleep under the stars. Thank you so much for everything!

Great experience with amazing staff & food
Pros: We loved our experience here! The staff were all amazing and since we were the only ones at the camp, we had a private experience and were even able to use an extra tent for free. They made us delicious food and gave a mini concert in the night as well. Before booking this camp, we researched many others and were afraid of having too pay unexpected money for car pickup, as this is mentioned in other reviews online. However, at Tuareg camp this is included in the price! Big plus :)

Pros: Mohammed, Omar, Hassan, Munir are all really good people, chill and fun vibe, thoughtful guys. Thank you all! We especially liked the gorgeous location, the confort of the room, the incredible food, and the amazing music concert...
Cons: There is no Aircon in the room, if you go during the summer you will deal with high temperatures even during the night inside the tent.
