The location is perfect for exploring the medina and the hosts are wonderful!

Pros: Everything was fine, especially the hosts! The building is beautiful and the food/breakfast was fantastic! It's the perfect place to stay and explore the medina. I can also reccomend the tour guide they organized for us, Moundir. All in all I can say that we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come again.

Pros: Traditional riad with beautiful architecture. The owner and the lady managing the place are very lovely.

Pros: I love the atmosphere and the spirit of this Riad. Just by the one of main Fes street so easy to reach even during dark hours. Mr Alavi is a kind man and his hospitality was heart warming. If there is anything you concerned about just ask him and he will do his best.

Beautiful place but hard to find.

Pros: Very large and beautiful riad. The room was great and so was the breakfast.

Cons: It is very difficult to find as there are no signs on the main road. The n. 15 on the address on booking is wrong and most wouldn't know where to point you. We were lucky a friendly young man offered to take us for free. It's at the end of a very small alleyway, turning to the right. The door is locked so you need to knock loudly or ring them up.

Pros: The riad is beautiful. The personal is perfect. Let’s take the advice on their guide to visit the Medina. It’s more than worth it.

Beautiful riad with amazing artistic features, well located near main lane, excellent staff.

Pros: The riad is beautiful with gorgeous tiling and plaster work. Our room was very nice with lots of lovely features. The beds were comfortable and we were just warm enough with the aircon going. The breakfast room and courtyard garden are also lovely. The breakfasts were filling and above average for Morocco. We found the terrace after a couple of days and enjoyed the view and some sunshine. The guy that looked after us was awesome, very helpful, always available and interesting to talk to.

Cons: The location marker on the map on bookings.com was incorrect by several derbs, so we had a little trouble finding the place and had to phone up. Hopefully this can be fixed for future guests. Like many places in Morocco drainage is an issue and the shower took ages to drain so smelt a little mouldy.

Pros: Great location in the Medina but not far from the main entry to the Medina. The hotel provided a fantastic tour guide and restaurant recommendations. The staff was very pleasant as well.

Pros: This riad was amazing. They welcomed us like family, they were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with their service. They also recommend a very good restaurant near the riad. The riad is located inside the medina, which makes it perfect to shop around without worrying about transportation. The breakfast was included and they offered to have it ready for us before our departure. Thank you omar and isam for the great service.
