Ibrahim is the best

Pros: Ibrahim, the manager, helped us a lot to make the best out of our stay. He is extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a very warm welcome every time we came back from outside. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent and our room was very quiet. The Riad is conveniently located within the Medina (Ibrahim makes sure that you find your way) and you can walk everywhere from there.

Pros: I can not compliment this Riad enough, Ibrahim, Faiza, they are wonderful, kind and extremely generous people. This is a home away from home and you are treated as such. The breakfast was gorgeous, the mint tea served on the roof top as the call to prayer is singing in the air. Close to everything. Once again kind wonderful, generous people.

Best experience possible in Fes

Pros: Ibrahim and Rashid were very friendly and helpful with recommendations during our stay. We ended up staying one extra night more since we liked it so much and Fes had more to offer than we expected. The room was clean with very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of old medina and you have everything in walking distance. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the old city rooftops. I will definitely come back here the next time I will be in Fes again.

Cons: If I had to choose one thing, it would be missing electrical outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. But that wasn't a big issue, since the cable was long enough to be used from the other room.

It was a comfortable stay !

Pros: Location and staff were Fabulous.Ibrahim went out of his way to make us comfortable and even arranged a portor with trolly for our departure and also helped with communication with the vendors.while checking in which was late he took us to a restaurant .Overall He was really helpful and breakfast was Awesome !!

Cons: Bathroom had some smell .

Pros: Staying in the Fez Medina felt like home in the Riad Blue Diamant. Breakfasts were generous and staff were very helpful. Stayed four nights.

Pros: La gentillesse des hôtes et la proximité du Riad des centres d'intérêts de la médina Fès el Bali. Ibrahim fait tout pour que le séjour soit inoubliable. Merci encore pour tout.

Cons: Tout était parfait mais si il fallait trouver un point négatif alors peut être les odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain mais cela doit être dans toute la médina.
