Perfect location, people, facilities and vibe for any awesome stay in Fez

Pros: The property was beautiful, our room was lovely and so was the rooftop! The staff also super accommodating letting us check in early and leave our bags the day we checked out for a couple of hours.

Pros: The host was friendly and welcomed us with cookies and mint tea. She also asked us about our trip plans and recommended places to visit in Fes. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet was clean. Hot water came out quick. Charging ports at each bedside. Although the room is a bit small, it had everything I needed, so I was very satisfied. Easy access to the pantry as well. The rooftoop was so so nice, we get a very beautiful view of Fes. Overall, a very good stay.

Cons: It was quite far from the main road. The lighting in the room was a bit dim for me.

Pros: All was fabulous, the location was great easy to find, the stuff are stunning ( IMANE , MARWA , SAMAH ) you feel like home . The view just wow 🤩 .

Pros: Beautiful spacious room in a gorgeous old riad, quiet and calm, with a nice bathroom. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views of the medina. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Fairly good location in the centre of the old city although down dark back streets.

Amazing place with amazing hospitality

Pros: We had an amazing stay from start to end. Imane is such a lovely host and the house is a typical morrocan dar. We loved it - especially the rooftop terrace where we had our breakfast and spent quite some time.

Cons: Honestly don't know anything. If you want a morrocan experience just at the border of the medina book this place!

Pros: A truly wonderful stay at Dar Atlas! The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of the medina, with everything within walking distance. But what really makes this place special is the warmth and care of Imane. She’s always there for you, making sure you have absolutely everything you need. I’ve stayed at Dar Atlas before, but since Imane became the host, the quality has truly gone up — no doubt about it! I sincerely hope that when I return to Fes, she’ll still be there to welcome guests, because her kindness and attention make all the difference. Highly recommended!

Stellar with minor remarks

Pros: Location lies at the heart of old medina but also tucked away from the crowded and hectic alleyways. The rooftop is also one of the highlights of the property, you get a bird view of the entire old medina and a perfect spot to have breakfast or have a chitchat with other guests. Imane, the host, was quite considerate and attentive. I got contacted by her before I even arrived. She was trying to made sure everything is alright. Upon my arrival, she even suggested a couple of touristic sights to make sure I visit them.

Cons: It’s quite difficult to find it. Would be great if the host invests in more signage for guests to find it easily

Pros: Our stay in Fez was pleasant overall. The host was incredibly kind and always available via WhatsApp — she responded quickly to all our questions and even offered to arrange an airport shuttle for an extra fee. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and we really appreciated her warm hospitality. One highlight was the rooftop terrace — it offers a beautiful view over the city’s rooftops and is a fantastic spot to enjoy the sunset.

Cons: The accommodation was a bit difficult to find when we arrived in the dark, as it’s located off the main street in a quieter and slightly darker area. Our room didn’t have a window, which gave it a slightly musty smell, and the door handle kept coming loose (though the door was still lockable).

Pros: The rooftop terrace had an amazing view of the entire city!!! The owner was extremely nice and caring and there is a laundry service. The beds were very comfortable. Great Wifi as well.

Cons: There were some bins missing in the rooms/bathrooms, other than that everything was great!

Perfect choice in the Medina for an amazing price

Pros: Everything was perfect, the room had everything I needed and it was comfortable, the location couldn't be better, also Imane, the owner was really kind and welcoming, who also served an amazing and filling breakfast whenever I wanted to in the morning!
