Pros: Overall I had a great stay for 11 night. The accommodation is beautiful. At arrival it seemed that my room didn't have a bath as advertised on Booking. But I could change to the only room with a bath for the time being. Until there was an other booking. The staff and manager were very helpful. After 2 nights I moved to an other room at te 1st floor. Also great but not the same and the heating didn't work. Which really was needed. So after 2 nights I could move back with the promis I could now stay until the end. There are 2 rooms on the ground floor, each beautiful, but I was happy to be in the 1ste floor to have a bit more privacy. The included breakfast is sufficient and nice, but not as rich as displayed on the pictures. Unfortunately, because of the weather, we could not use the terrace with great views over Fez. The staff is really doing everything possible to make you feel welcome and improve your stay as much as they can. The bath was great too.

Cons: Some things are broken, like 2 lamps in the second room, taps in the bathroom and peaces of tiles on the floor. Because of the current climate it was cold and damp, the fact the heater didn't work in our replacement room for 2 days, was a problem. But the staff is willing to find solutions. I hope they wil fix the other things for next guests to make it an 100% positive experience.

Pros: Very good value for money. Heating was very welcome as it was cold in Fez. Excellent staff who met me from the taxi which they organised for me. And carried my cases when I left again to taxi they organised. Well done Omar and Adnan. Fantastic service. Beautiful Riad.

Cons: My only small complaint was a tiny bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. It was clean but given the location a small drain smell is probably expected. This was only in the lovely bathroom and didn't spoil staying in the bedroom at all.

a beautiful memory

Pros: I stayed at this beautiful riad in Fes for a little over a week and felt very comfortable from the very beginning until the end of my stay. The hosts, Issam and Rachida, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they took excellent care of me as a guest. I often arrived late for breakfast and sometimes couldn’t remember the exact breakfast hours, yet they always prepared a fresh breakfast for me without any hesitation. Their hospitality and patience really stood out. My room was cleaned during my stay, always with great care, and everything was consistently very clean and well maintained. The architecture and the rooms of the riad are simply wonderful. The place has a lot of charm and character and feels like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. I felt very much at home and would definitely stay here again. This riad will remain a very beautiful memory for me.

Perfect stay

Pros: Spacious room with beautiful decoration . Nice terrace with good views over the old Medina in a quiet neighborhood near the main market . Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Pros: Beautiful house and room. We were the only guests, so it was a bit quiet. Location was easy to find, walking distance from the main market area.

Pros: Great riad, i got a room much bigger than expexted, felt like a princess, truly unique experience.

Cons: I agreed with the owner an early coffee (i had to leave ~30min before breakfast time), however, when I woke up, searched the whole house and nobody was there. Left without coffee. Oh well.

Pros: The room was super spacious, and so was bathroom with a separate niche for shower. Super high ceiling. Very beutiful interrior. It was also very quiet in the room. Views from rooftop terrace are amazing. Breakfast was very nice. We also got packed breakfast when we had to go early. The best part was the staff. Very welcoming and helpful. They helped us with all our reqests, provided good recommendations for restaurants, and served complimentary tea. It was also very easy to get taxi to airport through the hotel early in morning.

Cons: The place is old and it shows, but it was not an issue for us. It is a lot of shady kids hanging around hotel area, but it is not hotel’s fault.

Really good

Pros: Everything was overall great. Hosts were nice, welcome tea, room was spacious and clean, breakfast good. The cleaning lady even folded my clothes :) Very nice terrace with a view. They also organised early breakfast when I needed it. I liked the shampoo and shower gel - really pleasant smell.

Cons: Just some very minor things. A little difficult to find in Fes medina but that’s just the way the city is where google maps don’t work. Can be a bit noisy from the outside. Again, not the fault of riad - just the way medina is - narrow streets and you can hear people. Noise plugs helped. Also the room I booked and wanted by mistake was given to another guest. But it got sorted out with solution.

Pros: Our hosts were super welcoming and did everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The riad is very authentic and super impressive. We had a great time, thank you!

Pros: We loved the place! The best rijad in Fez! Omar was extremely helpful and caring throughout the whole stay. He made sure we were satisfied with our trip and provided us with great service. We would also recommend the breakfast (especially on the terrace with magnificent view). Definitely book this place if you’re coming to Fez:)
