Great hospitality!

Pros: We really liked our stay at Riad Batchisarai. The owner, Dominique, told us about the renovation project and back story of this place. He really turned this place in a beautiful sanctuary. The place was super beautiful, the rooms superclean and the breakfast elaborate delicious! We also really appreciated the receptionist Maoud, he gave lots of information and took great care of us! Thanks for everything! 🙏

Excellent stay, highly recommend

Pros: Wonderful stay, great hospitality and service. Welcome tea was much needed after getting caught in a downpour. Clean, comfortable, spacious room- as described. Pictures were accurate so no nasty surprises. It was only a short visit but appreciated Mouad and Mounir messaging during the day to check we were ok. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The team went the extra mile to ensure we were able to have breakfast before we caught an early train back. Highly recommend. Would happily return.

Great staff make for a great stay

Pros: The experience at this Riad was made awesome by the staff, particularly Jawad and Mouad. They went out of their way at to make our stay a comfortable one. Oh and the breakfast was great.

Wonderful place

Pros: The Riad was beautifully restored, the entire staff very friendly and especially Maout was a fantastic and cheerful host. The location is perfect as it very quiet and also right inside the Medina close to the attractions.

Pros: We stayed with my family at the Riad for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Mahmoud was very attentive and welcoming and made sure we felt like we were home. He also helped us book an oficial guide to do a tour of the medina and jewish quarters, which was very nice. Also, the breakfast was delicious and filling, served in the terrace of the riad, with a wonderful view of Fes.

Beautiful Riad, close to the main attractions of Fez

A True Gem in Fez

Pros: This place is an absolute gem. It’s a beautifully renovated riad located on the edge of the Medina, which we found to be the perfect balance—close enough to experience the charm of the old city, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. If you're driving, it’s just a 5-minute walk from the nearest parking lot, which made things really convenient for us. Like anywhere in the Medina, the alleyways might feel a little intimidating at first, but we always felt completely safe. Once inside, the riad is truly stunning—you can really see the love and care that went into every detail of the renovation. Dominique was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was always delicious and a lovely way to start each day. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this beautiful spot to anyone visiting Fez.

Amazing Riad!

Pros: The riad is elegantly decorated, with amazing rooms and great service. Food was amazing and the staff attentive to our need for the whole vacation. The position in the old city was perfect to discover Fez. Highly recommended !
