Beautiful and fantastic service !

Pros: The riad was absolutely gorgeous - beautifully and thoughtfully decorated inside to reflect Fes ! The room was also very comfortable. The host could not have been kinder - he guided me through the Medina to the riad when I arrived in Fes and gave many shopping/sightseeing/restaurant recommendations that were great. Was a very friendly person whom made me feel welcomed. The taxi service to the station booked through him was also great. Highly recommend!!

Wondeful host, wonderful property.

Pros: Wonderful host- Abdu was proactive, warm, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay. He gave us recommendations of what to see in the city. He arranged us a taxi with his brother from the bus station. He recommended a very nice restaurant for dinner and made us a breakfast to go when we were leaving early in the morning. He was full of genuine passion and enthusiasm for running his riad. Every room had a different theme and is beautifully decorated. It had air con/heating and the WiFi is good. Breakfast was very tasty. The beds were very comfortable!

Cons: Nearly everything was clean and worked well but we found a couple of hairs on our bedsheets.

Reasonable option for those able to check in before 10pm

Pros: The location was good- inside the Medina but not in a high traffic area. The staff was helpful in letting guests know about interesting places to visit and how to get around.

Cons: It’s important to note that they don’t accommodate check-ins after 10pm. Because my flight was landing at 9pm, they offered me a private transfer so that I would be allowed to check in after 10pm. My credit card had already been charged for the room, so I decided to go ahead with this. Also, although they charge your card through booking.com, they do not accept credit cards on the premises, so if you are looking to extend your stay you will have to pay with cash.

Pros: Owner is extremely helpful and communicative. The location is very central. The interior of the building is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast is quite nice as well. It's not a Michelin star restaurant, but it is good and it keeps you from wasting the morning looking for food. You can get right to exploring. The owner also gives you a walking guide for the day which is really nice.

Cons: I have only one complaint, and that is the restaurant suggestions from the owner aren't great. One was decent, but the other was just disappointing. They are overpriced, and I suspect there may be a deal going on between the them and the owner. This is NOT a reason to not stay here though. I'd stay here since the place is great, but I'd just get food from somewhere else and ignore the recommendation.

Riad review

Pros: Host was extremely knowledgeable & arranged an amazing site seeing tour. Gave us a suggested itinerary on Google maps. Amazing breakfast Lovely clean & comfortable place to stay, in a convenient location. Lovely roof terrace to chill out on.

Pros: The host was very supportive and spoke good English. He explained a lot about the city and helped us with everything we needed.

Pros: had a wonderful short stay at this Riad. Abdu was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — truly one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever met. Everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my time here!

Little gem in Fez medina

Pros: Without a doubt, this is the best Riad I've ever stayed in. This little gem was such a highlight during our time in Fez. It felt like staying in an art museum, yet also like being in a family member's home where every detail is taken care of. Clean, beautiful, and incredibly cozy. The host deserves a special mention too—so kind and helpful, assisting us greatly in planning our stay in Fez. How lucky we were! Breakfast was special as well—an amazing way to start the day in this wonderful city. No doubt, I'd love to return and would recommend it to anyone! 10/10

splendid all around

Pros: I’ve been to many hotels, hostels and riads but I have to say that the hotel, Mr Abdul created, has been one of the nicest ones i’ve ever been in. From the beauty of the établissement itself to the kindness of the owner, this stay was a complete success. If one day I will come back to Fez I already know where I will stay.

Cons: Apart from a little misunderstanding concerning the booking time of a transfer to the airport, I have nothing to complain about.
