Great stay at Louna Riad

Pros: The Riad is well located in Fès ! And the team is amazing, thanks to Chaimae for the service and hospitality :) I recommend it for everyone who wants to visit this beautiful city

Pros: Beautiful riad from 14th century, hidden away. Kind staff: Chimaa, Yassin, Fatima were great.

Pros: Enjoyed the great location, the room, the Riad and breakfast! Was great to have a spa on location too

Cons: Rooms and equipment need some maintenance, had issues unlocking the door to the room (due to an issue with the key provided) and the shower was temperamental (rain shower head didn't work)

Pros: With working AC riad was warm. Beds were clean and comfortable. Amazing courtyard. Lady that welcomed us was super friendly, helped us with a morning taxi, offered us some to go breakfast, she was truly kind.

Cons: Bathroom was rather old and cold.

Pros: The team of Riad Louna was excellent, Chaima y Fátima always ready to help, very kind and competent. The hammam and massage with Majda, Soaf and Wafal was great and the kitchen class with Fátima Chef and Chaima was an incredible experiencie that we Will never forget. Very very special place the Riad Louna and their team!! We are all very grateful for everything

Pros: This was my favourite of all the places I stayed in Morocco. It is a beautiful Riad, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and I had a great hammam and massage there. The location is also good as it is in the medina but right near the entrance and very easy to find.
