Royal experience at Volteras

Pros: We loved the stay at Volteras, Ms Hanna is a fantastic host and she helped us with whatever we asked her. The garden is indeed royal and the villas are big, clean and confortable. They have a big swimming pool and the complex is quiet and safe. We totaly recommend it for a longer stay!

The perfect stay to relax for a family trip, good explore base and super friendly team

Pros: We had an amazing time with our family! What an incredible beautiful location, it's even better than in the pictures. The pool was a huge favourite for our kids and it is just a great place to come back to after a day in Marrakesh or desert. It's a small setting so you are there without any crowds. The villa was huge and comfortable with a great view on the setting and pool. The team was super friendly and clearly motivated to give everyone a great stay. Even preparing a very late nite dinner when we arrived. The location is about 30 mins from Marrakesh but we had zero problems with this, as they have a regular driver that was very friendly.

Cons: That we had to leave after a week

Pros: The Villas set around the pool are lovely, and it is very peaceful, with well kept gardens. Hana and all her staff are delightful and eager to help with anything they can to make our stay wonderful. The food in the small restaurant is delicious and made fresh daily, and we very quickly got to meet almost everyone there at mealtimes. The villa is a good 20 minutes from the centre of Marrakech, but they can hire a very reliable driver regularly to take you there. He was happy to stop at the supermarket on the way home to pick up anything we needed. Bedrooms are spotless and super comfortable.

Cons: The property was lovely, facilities are simple but perfect for a stay of up to a week. There is no bar but they are happy for you to bring your own alcohol. Perhaps a wider range of soft drinks and some snacks would be good, but that is just a small preference.

Relaxation and high quality service

Pros: Everything was perfect. If you are looking for relaxation, calm and confort this is the place to be in Marrakech. Cleanliness of the rooms, pefect breakfast and cherry on the cake amazing quality service. You will feel like home. Thank you so so much Mr Ayad for your warm welcome and for making sure everything was on top.

Pros: We experienced amazing hospitality and felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The place is truly magical, with beautifully kept gardens and three inviting swimming pools. Our room was spotless, and the staff were wonderful – always looking after us with genuine kindness and warm smiles. A special thanks to the Director, Hanaa, whose caring and thoughtful nature made our stay even more memorable. We would love to return.

Endroit à connaître pour le calme

Pros: Pour les personnes qui cherchent le calme et la zénitude, choisissez cet endroit, nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant. Le personnel est au top et très sympathique. N’hésitez pas, vous êtes dans un « vrai Palais »

Perfect

Pros: Ons verblijf was uitstekend en we werden erg in de watten gelegd tijdens het verblijf. Het paleis is prachtig. De kamers zijn ruim en ieder complex heeft ook nog eens een eigen zwembad. Omdat er geen andere gasten waren, konden wij genieten van een privé zwembad. Het personeel is ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. Wij komen hier zeker terug als we weer eens naar Marrakech gaan.

Cons: - Een kleine opmerking. De porties van het avondeten vonden wij aan de kleine kant en hierdoor vonden we de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet helemaal kloppen. Het was verder wel erg lekker.

Pros: Pour une semaine de déconnection du quotidien nous avions choisi un établissement en dehors de l'agitation de Marrakech. Le prix du taxi 30 euros pour un aller nous a diriger vers la location d'une voiture à un prix très intéressant de 25 euros par jour grâce a l'intervention et au conseil de Mr dit \

Pros: Tout est incroyable les hotes le personnel du palais et mention special à la personne qui surveille les entrées et sorties du palais il a été aux petits soins avec nous nous le remercions beaucoup !!!

Cons: Rien du tout

Een prachtig, schoon en rustig privéhotel met topservice – we voelden ons volledig verwend en komen

Pros: De villa's rondom het zwembad zijn prachtig. Het is er heerlijk rustig en de tuinen zijn perfect onderhouden. Hanaa en Ayit en hun team zijn ontzettend aardig en willen ons graag op alle mogelijke manieren helpen om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het eten in het kleine restaurant is heerlijk en wordt elke dag vers bereid. De villa ligt op een goede 20 minuten afstand van het centrum van Marrakech, maar er kan een zeer betrouwbare chauffeur geregeld voor u rijden. Ze bieden ook daguitstappen met die chauffeur aan was zeer praktisch is. De slaapkamers zijn brandschoon en supercomfortabel, de badkamer in onze suite was aan de kleine kant en kon wat uitgebreider.

Cons: De accommodatie was prachtig, de faciliteiten zijn eenvoudig maar prima voor een verblijf van maximaal een week. Er is geen bar, maar u mag uw eigen alcohol meenemen. Misschien zou een groter aanbod snacks welkom zijn, zeker voor de lunch. Ayit kan geweldige hambugers maken maar die staan niet op de kaart
