Easy place to stay to access Oukiimeden

Pros: Sadly when I arrived they were experiencing a power cut, this was everywhere, so not easy to charge phone or batteries… but no fault in their part. Room was small but functional with excellent hot water and ok shower. I ordered an evening meal of beef skewers and fries which was very good.

Cons: As most hotels in the area they need to get a credit card machine for card payments. This can be very frustrating

Pros: Great location, really nice and friendly staff and very accommodating. Catered for all our requests. The food was excellent.

Cons: Would be good if the WiFi connection is improved.

Pros: Peaceful garden on riverside, restaurant on the premises, very friendly and obliging staff, very clean

Great place to stay in the Ouriki valley

Pros: Lovely terrace with valley and mountain views. Nice big room. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Slow Wi-Fi.

Fantastic few days stay

Pros: Top Ourika is right on the river. Food was delicious, staff went out of their way to help. We left for an early flight at 8am and we're still given breakfast. Staff helped organise a driver to go up into the Atlas mountains, this was stunning and a special experience.

Pros: Nice location, hood for kids and family.Hassen was very helpful, made our stay very pleasant.

AMAZING STAY, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

Pros: What a great great place to stay... The staff - beyond helpful, they were so friendly. We got greeted with some mint tea which is very nice. The heater worked fine. Beds are a little stiff, but it's such a good value for money. WHAT A VIEW FROM THE TERRACE! 10/10

Pros: Room was clean and tidy, cosy and warm; had everything we needed. Spacious bathroom and hot shower. Host was extremely kind and helpful. The perfect 1 night say.

Welcoming, friendly, and clean stay, but noisy and cold in the night.

Pros: Friendly, and welcoming host who accommodated a late check in. They also provided a wheelchair accessible room and offered us a larger upstairs room as an option. There was parking onsite. Nice pool area, garden and grounds but we did not use as it was wet and cold outside, in December. The room was clean, along with the linen and towels. There was a sitting area, table and two bedrooms in the apartment. Breakfast was omelette and bread with hot drinks.

Cons: The heating system did not work making the room cold in the evening, however, extra blankets were provided. It was still very cold to sleep and we slept in our thermals, socks and gloves. There was no hot water in the basin in the shower room, but there was hot water in the spare basin and shower itself. It was not the hotels fault but there was lots of dogs barking outside into the early hours 2am right outside hotel window and the hotel is on a busy road, where you can hear the traffic through the night and then the school children directly opposite in the morning.

Pros: Very nice location, in the middle of the nature and river but still close to shops, restaurants and Marrakech. Very well received by Khalid and his team, I’ll come back again.
