Pros: This riad is such a welcoming and wonderful place to stay while visiting Fes. Otaman , Safia are truly amazing people who made us feel like part of their family. We also had an unforgettable cooking class with safia during our stay. They helped us a lot throughout our trip and turned it into a real adventure. When our pre-booked desert tour with Viator was cancelled, they immediately arranged a new trip for us with their local company, helped us book an extra night in Fes, and even accompanied us to the bus to make sure we were on the right path when we left. The tour turned out to be perfect, and probably even more authentic than the original plan !

Pros: El personal es muy agradable y ayuda bastante. Muchas gracias. También, fue muy linda la experiencia de escuchar la ceremonia desde mi habitación, una pareja que decidió casarse de forma religiosa en el hostel por la noche.

Cons: Yo soy alérgica a la humedad y el baño está lleno de humedad. El AC hacía un ruido muy fuerte, te impide dormir. Sin embargo, a mi amiga que iba conmigo no le molestó y le encantó.

Friendly & affordable

Pros: The location is convenient. The host is very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable. The common area where breakfast was served encouraged interaction with other guests to share what to do and see. It was a homey atmosphere.

Cons: The shower design left the floor wet most of the time. The room could use some ventilation.

Pros: Es un lugar fantástico, nuestro anfitrión othmane una persona sumamente calida. Nos ofreció un rico desayuno. Posteriormente pedimos una guia por fez, nos recomendó a samir, este es el mejor guia de marruecos.

Pros: The place is traditional and elegant, very clean and peaceful. The staff are extremely kind and professional, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is authentic and delicious Moroccan cuisine, and the location is excellent, close to the main attractions. A truly special experience, highly recommended for anyone visiting Fez.

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec goût, ce qui rend l’ambiance à la fois chaleureuse et reposante. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principaux points d’intérêt tout en restant au calme. Le personnel est toujours disponible, attentif et prêt à aider avec le sourire, ce qui fait toute la différence. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement à toute personne souhaitant passer un séjour agréable et sans souci. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
