Pros: Superb historic riad, full of charm and character. Very impressive and huge room. Helpful staff and a good breakfast. Best of all, the resident cat has just had kittens!

Cons: Sounds travels up from the ground floor atrium and echoes around, so late evening noise can be disturbing as the windows to the rooms are not well soundproofed.

Pros: A beautiful building in a perfect location to enjoy the wonderful city of Fez. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Riad Victoria was a little frustrating. Our stay was very good, but with a little more attention to detail in several areas it could have been wonderful.

Pros: Our host Hasan was very welcoming and helped with booking a hammam and airport transfer. The Dar was beautiful too. The most luxurious we stayed in during our trip.

Pros: No photo could ever do this place justice, and I’m not a good enough writer to put my experience into words. The very first time—and every time after—walking into this riad felt like stepping into a world of fantasy. Nothing prepares you for that courtyard; your jaw will absolutely drop when you see it. It’s magnificent. But it’s the people who work here—Hassan, Sadiya, Moonya (and I didn’t catch the third lady’s name, and I’m sure I’m butchering the spelling)—who truly made my stay special. This was a home away from home. Hassan is the sweetest, most gentle soul you’ll ever meet, and the ladies are just as wonderful. I was welcomed like family and cared for the way family would care for me. Dar Victoria, you’re forever in my heart.

Pros: We had a great stay at Dar Victoria. Anass and Hassan are amazing hosts, super friendly and helpful making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The room was very comfortable and quiet, breakfasts were the best we had in this trip in Morocco, and Bussi, the Riad cat, was the best, super sweet and always ready to cuddle.

Pros: When you travel, the most beautiful souvenirs are the people you meet along the way. Anas is one of those rare ones. From the very first moment, he made me feel welcome: friendly, funny, genuinely kind, always positive, and always ready to help and make things easier. Thanks to him, even visiting Fez alone and for such a short time felt smooth and stress-free — I barely got lost in the Medina, which says everything. The riad itself only makes the experience better. The building feels almost like a monument, full of character, with a beautiful rooftop terrace to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The room was huge, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. Some people would say that visiting Fez for less than two full days is crazy.
