Perfect

Pros: They were so nice and welcoming. You can ask them anything you want and wonder. They would help you for sure. We felt a little bit lost even we made a research about Fes. So it was good to have some help! Its clean and great to stay! They have a beautiful terrace for panoramic view of the Medina!!

A closs to everything riad

Pros: A very nice riad with a good view of the city on the terace and with all you want to city of the city very close.

Pros: Yassin is super friendly and helpful! Nice terrace and big room, breakfast is good and the location is top.

Cons: Initially Finding the way to the hostel was tricky due to it being in a narrow alley which is not shown on Google maps. You can enter from the main road between the restaurants yalla yalla and almendar. - a description beforehand would be useful

Pros: The place was very nice, we were very pleased. Both the location, breakfasts and cleaning satisfied us. The beds were very comfortable. We slept very well :) if we come to Fez again, this place will definitely be our choice.

Beautiful riad, in a perfect location.

Pros: A superb riad for the price. Beautifully decorated throughout. The room had everything we needed - comfortable bed, more than one mirror, aircon/heater, terrace with wonderful views over the medina and in a quiet but convenient location. Yassin was an incredible host. Rey attentive to our needs. Even offered to come find us when we were lost in the medina alleys.

Cons: The room was too cold without the heater on but we didn’t like having this at night. Yassin provided us with an extra blanket which helped. One night all the hot water had been used by other guests unfortunately. There are a lot of steep narrow steps to get to our top room and the terrace. We were fine with this but if you have mobility issues, make sure you request a downstairs room and breakfast in the reception area.

Lovely

Pros: Lovely riad! We went on an early-morning tour, and our host kindly packed a takeaway breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our bedroom was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Pros: The riad and the view from the terrace are amazing! Yassin and all the staff are lovely. He even bought something specific for our breakfast just because we asked! 10/10!

Modern and beautiful decor

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Moreover, our bathroom was very spacious compared to other places we stayed in Morocco. The owner, Yassine, was very kind to check on us every time we met. We had to leave very early for a tour and he packed breakfast for us.

Cons: I could hear the conversation from the main floor, seating room after midnight and the light through the window, which facing to the court bothered me sometimes.

Clean, well-located, nice terrace, minor Wi-Fi and bathroom issues, but would definitely return

Pros: Yasin was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The property was clean, with a lovely terrace, and it’s conveniently located near the meeting point for day trips. About 20 minutes' walk to the old medina

Cons: The breakfast was quite typical and got a bit repetitive. Stayed for 3 nights and The Wi-Fi was down for almost 24 hours, which was inconvenient. Also, a curtain in the bathroom would help prevent water from splashing everywhere
