Warm Hospitality and Great Stay

Pros: The accommodation itself was very good. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with tea, which was a lovely gesture. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us a tour of the riad, showed us our room and his terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy their free time. The terrace is very pleasant and offers a beautiful view of the city. He also gave us helpful advice about dealing with locals, especially regarding bargaining, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and after check-out, we were allowed to store our luggage, which made our departure much easier. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend this place.

Cons: The accommodation is located in a small, quiet side street. During our stay, there was construction work taking place in the area, which made it a bit difficult to move around, as we sometimes had to walk over wooden planks because the ground was being dug up. However, this was temporary and not directly the owner’s fault.

Pros: The same as the other reviewers - authentication traditional Riad experience with authentic Moroccan hospitality and warmth from Mohamed. - he organised tours at better than expected prices and gave good advice and tips. - his riad is stunning and like stepping back in time. Only 6 rooms so it is not crowded. - stunning location close to everything and immersed deep in the Riad. - breakfast is large ( see photo ) - big towels, hot water and sheets changed daily

Cons: Loved it all but it has 4 downstairs rooms opening onto the central lounge area. Noise can travel through the walls

Pros: Our host Muhammed was extremely attentive and the hospitality recieved was second to none. You are treated like family. The room was very comfortable and a hot shower made a long day much better. The highlight was the terraced room overlooking the city.

Pros: The host is super friendly and makes you feel very welcomed and cared for. Make sure to book the breakfast- the best!!!! Riad has great rooftop terrace where you can spend time enjoying the view over medina while drinking traditional homemade tea. The location is, right next to the main street, but quiet.

Cons: During the winter months it can be a little cold, but most of the traditional Riads are like this

For a truly unforgettable stay in Fes

Pros: Exceptional stay! The riad is beautiful, spotless and perfectly located. Mohamed is always available and helpful, and Soumiya is incredibly caring and attentive, they truly made me feel welcomed and safe. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious every morning, and the rooftop is a peaceful sunny spot to relax after exploring the Medina. I highly recommend this place!

Pros: The riad is beautiful, but the best part is the hotel manager. He truly makes you feel welcome and at home. Always willing to help in anything you need, the breakfast was good and super close to the blue gate. Totally recommended

Pros: The staff went above and beyond. We loved breakfast on the rooftop terrace. We were a little worried about noise from the other rooms and the central courtyard but it was very quiet and the other guests were all very respectful.

Cons: It didn't really bother us but please be aware there are A LOT OF STEPS. Also, the bathroom got flooded everytime we had a shower, but this didn't particularly bother us either.
