Relaxing weekend

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The man at the front desk the night we arrived was super helpful and very kind. He made us feel welcome from the first moment. The room was good and comfortable, and the view was really nice. The food was also awesome and very tasty.

Cons: The only small downsides were that beverages at dinner were not included and had to be paid extra. The women’s spa area felt a little rusty and could use some maintenance. Also, the kettle in the room splashes water when boiling, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, even though we stayed for just one night, the stay was super good and we had a great experience

Pros: The thermal pool is amazing, clean, and neat, and not crowded. I feel relieved, especially after having the spa session with amazing spa specialists for massage, Filali Fatima Zhra, and for the Moroccan hamam, Majda Mrabet.

Cons: Thermal pool with extra charge, which shouldn't be, because i approach this destination for this purpose; accordingly, it should be included in the room reservation cost. I also have no privileges as a hotel guest. The spa price list is the same for everyone: the outsiders and the hotel guests.

Very nice say, relaxed and nice treatments at the spa. Staff professional and kind.

Pros: Beautiful property in the desert. Room spacious and building modern architecture with style. The spa facilities wonderful.

Pros: We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the thermal pool. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a delightful fragrance throughout. On a positive note, we’d like to thank the waiter for his excellent service during our lovely dinner. Special thanks to Latifa, the floor governor, for her kindness, warm smile, and thoughtful words – she made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt a great improvement in service and staff mindset, which we greatly appreciated.

Cons: However, compared to our previous stays in 2019 and 2022, we noticed a surprising change: the toiletry amenities were no longer provided. There was no lotion, cotton pads, or shower cap, and the only product available was a 2-in-1 bottle that was already two-thirds empty.

Speak more English or Moroccan less french please

Pros: The swimming pool clean room Latifa was kind the manager for the cleaners M

Cons: No privacy in the shower as walls are see through Staff only speak french - spa staff in reception a little unfriendly and unwilling to make appointments stared at us when we struggled with french as we are English speakers . We tried to speak to her in Moroccan but she kept speaking to us in french even when we said we don't speak it . She also avoided eye contact with us when we tried to make an appointment and sent us upstairs to book appointments when she was meant to . She was stuck up and rude. O my engaged with white guests or people that spoke french Moroccan Mosquitoes Duvet torn and found a hair in the blanket

Pros: The room was clean and calm, the SPA was relaxing, and the staff was professional.
