Fantastic stay made even better by the warm welcome from staff

Pros: Although there was a number of positives with the Kasbah Du Berger the stand out memory for me was the excellent staff service received throughout our stay.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Location, friendly staff. The staff is so friendly they make you feel at home. The food was great too. Great coffee. They help you with booking tours our information if you need something. We had an amazing stay!

Cons: Two small things that can be improved: The shower head was not attachable to the wall en the bed had really hard/pointy sides from metal. We all bumped into it. Was painful so maybe they can fix that so future guests won’t have that problem.

Pros: All the staff were attentive and helpful. We arrived in the midnight and they took a great care of us. The room was spacious and complete with AC, heater, and TV (we got the room facing the pool). View to the pool and the dunes was magnificent, enjoying the day there was very relaxing. We ordered lunch (pizza berber) and it was amazing. They let us stayed in the pool area after check-out while waiting for our trip to the camp.

Cons: Food for breakfast was gone quickly, but the staff refilled it when we asked.

The best stay

Pros: Beautiful view of the desert, cozy, heated rooms. Excellent staff and great service. And location is great, a bit away from the most crowded region but still close to the city. You can go from Kasbah to the dunes (walking distance). This place look even better than on the pictures on booking.

Mohammed is the best host

Pros: The place is by the Sahara dessert, where you can walk to the dunes in 5min. It has a pool overlooking th dessert and the staff is extremely nice, specially Mohammed, which was amazing and made us feel very welcoming. He is the best.

Cons: The breakfast is a small buffet and doesn't have a big variety. But they bring one omelette per person at the table.

Beautiful Oasis

Pros: Beautiful oasis. Excellent food and breakfast. Beautiful Views. The pool was deliciously cold after being out in the heat. They organized a driver to show us around the desert, and also gave us a lift to the bus station which we really appreciated. The rooms were basic but big and had a fridge.

Cons: The aircon in the room was really under powered and the room was exceptionally hot, making sleeping a problem.

Pros: A wonderful stay. We have nothing to complain about. We were welcomed with pastries, nuts, and drinks. A very clean, large room with a refrigerator. A great bathroom with a superb shower. The service and friendliness were outstanding. We were able to use the entire accommodation, including the pool, after the official checkout. We ordered some food for lunch; it was excellent, plenty of it, and very reasonably priced. Thank you so much for everything.
