Pros: Beautiful and peaceful riad with good breakfast and helpful staff. Hammam and massage are highly recommended to relax after a day in the medina.

Cons: Slightly tricky to find at night

A wonderful haven from which to explore Fes

Pros: The riad is a beautiful haven in a great location, very close to the main thoroughfares and to the Blue Gate. The staff are warm and welcoming, offering help and advice so we could make the most of our stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, on the top terrace with views over the city. And the breakfasts are great.

Pros: A wonderful riad – a true oasis of calm and peace in the vibrant heart of Fez’s medina. A lovely swimming pool.

Pros: The place is beautiful, clean and supremely finished. A oasis of calm within the chaos of the bustling medina.

Cons: The lighting in the room wasn't fantastic. They would benefit from putting a brighter bulb in. Not really an issue just preference.

Pros: Riad Sabah was a fabulous place to stay. The staff were warm & engaging, It was a completely authentic Riad full of colour and charm befitting a restored 15th century Riad Breakfast was plentiful , the rooms very comfortable , most of which overlooked an inviting pool, and a fast laundry service which we needed. We had an early flight out and they kindly provided a breakfast pack and organised a taxi for us.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Everything is top class at this ryad, which is amazing because the location around looks very poor and neglected, but as soon as you enter you find a top class, clean, wonderful, classy environment, with a fantastic staff. We were immediately offered tea and biscuits by the pool, which is fantastic. The room was amazing, like the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the area was very quiet. The price was excellent value, much more compared to the other ryad we tried in Fes.

Cons: Honestly I cannot find any area of potential improvement.

Pros: Perfect location in medina, close to Ain Zetoun parking -good for those who travel by car. Very professional staff. Beautiful place, clean, calm. Hamman on place.

Cons: Quite basic breakfasts, every day the same and mostly sweet ones. You can pay with your card only for hotel rooms - food, hamman, taxes should be payed by cash.

Pros: Beautiful riad, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Location is perfect to explore the medina. I can recommend it!

Just the perfect Riad if you want to visit Fez and stay in or close to the Medina.

Pros: Really amazing place to stay in. We stayed there in August, so it was pretty hot. But the patio with the pool was wonderful during the day to sit, relax, play and cool off. The Riad also was perfect to explore the Medina. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. We were really sad, that we only had four days in Fez and in the Riad.

Cons: Only thing that could have been better, was the aircon upstairs in the room, where our kids slept. It was really loud, but you had to have it on during the night because of the high temperature in August. The aircon downstairs near our bed was fine. It was a different model.
