To stay in this riad is like a stay in paradise

Pros: It is like entering paradise when you enter the riad. The decor is so tasteful with such a calm and pleasant atmosphere. We could spend hours just watching all beautiful details. Breakfast was typical Moroccan and plentiful. The staff is truly wonderful and so very attentive and took such good care of us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this riad to any traveller.

Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again!

Pros: Everything!! Excellent location. Easy to find, just outside the Medina, close to a very accessible entry into the souk. From the taxi drop off point in the carpark, it’s a 3 min walk to the front door. To get there you walk around the back of the local ryads, not through the souk. Absolutely beautiful building with a peaceful garden and fantastic rooftop view. Spotlessly clean with attentive, friendly staff. Wonderful food. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Would highly recommend the excellent massage and Hammam. The lady who did the treatment was very skilled! The manager organised a personal guide to introduce us to the souk. He was knowledgeable and worth every cent. The manager is very kind, passionate about the property and welcoming.

Lovely place and friendly staff!

Pros: Location is great, since we are travelling with suitcases it is best not to stay deep inside the medina. The closest car drop off point is Riad Jean Claude/ Parking Ain Azliten and only few mins walk from the parking lot. Staff are friendly and welcomed. Too bad we have to leave early for the desert tour and couldnt stay for breakfast but they prepared a small takeaway for us to eat otw.

Cons: Shower head..the water pressure is very weak..but we experienced that in all the accommodations..so I guess its a general thing

Gorgeous riad

Pros: The riad was beautiful and spacious and serene. There was a pool and a tranquil garden. The place was better than the pictures. Our room was on the second level and it was huge with high high ceilings. We travelled in Morocco for 17 days and it was the best accommodation for us. The location was outside of the Medina but very close to one of the gates so access was very easy. It was nice and quiet there. We had dinner there on our first night and it was great. It also has a roof top where you can have snacks and drinks to see the sunset. Do not hesitate to book this riad.

Exceeded expectations in every way!

Pros: Exceeded our expectations, the Riad was beautifully appointed, staff were super friendly and helpful, location was ideal and the pool topped our trip Of. Will definitely stay again when in Fez and fully recommend it.

Pros: Go here if you want to stay in Fez. Nice helpful staff, beautiful garden with pool, good central location with carpark for rental park next door. Good explanation, wonderful building, atmosphere and spacious rooms that boost with charm and incredibly high wooden ceilings. You can have a nice drink in the garden and next to the pool to relax after hot day in the Medina. They organised a guided tour through the Medina with Kamal which was great and thought us a lot about the Medina and Maroccan life, religion and craftswork in general. The hamam and massage were also very good, the ladies knew what they were doing!

Pros: The calming oasis in the Medina, beautiful garden and rooftop. Royal rooms, kind staff, delicious food (both breakfast as dinner) and fantastic massage

Pros: Very friendly staff, always present to help, welcoming and warm but in a way that gives you a lot of privacy. A very relaxing place in a very overwhelming city. Beautiful hall, great garden, good food. Just great.

Superb staff!

Pros: It was like staying in a beautifully decorated traditional Moroccan home. Breakfast, with fresh orange juice and/or beverage of choice, breads, yogurt, fresh fruit was beautifully plated and served in the garden. Upon request, the staff even packed breakfast to take away for an early departure. The cordial staff was excellent and they always ensured we had everything we needed and prepared special dishes when we weren’t feeling 100%. In the middle of the night, the staff even accompanied us to our departure pickup points (which wasn’t necessary but they insisted ).
