Riad Pacha Palace

Pros: Very nice host, Youssef, who was extremely kind. He showed us the route, prepared a breakfast box, and made tea for us early in the morning. The riad was very cute and charming.

Cons: Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during our stay.

Pros: Beautiful place! But the best is the staff. They make Pacha Palace really stand out. We had the most wonderful time here, indulging in the magic of Fes

Perfect location and friendly staff

Pros: Perfect location !!! Right next the the parking, easy to get to. Hard to find at first on Google Map though. The lounging area was beautiful and the staff was really nice and csring

Cons: There was no duvet on the bed and I got quite cold.

Best terrace view in Fes!

Pros: First of all, the terrace view is probably the best in Fes: on one side, you see the old medina, and on the other side, the old city walls, while being surrounded by a lovely orchard with constant bird songs (bulbuls, warblers, hawfinches). It is simply not possible to match this view as the terrace has one of the highest points in its surroundings. The room was very big and was tastefully decorated with classic wooden furniture, matching the overall ambience of the hotel, which is simply amazing, almost luxurious. The hotel is only 2 minutes away from a big car park, from where you have to walk to the hotel (no roads suitable for cars go to the hotel). It is possible to reach the old medina in less than 5 minutes as well, which is amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave me the most needed advice when visiting the city. Simply one of the best hotels I've been to in Morocco...

Cons: Terrace is not well-maintained at all... It is THE best feature of this hotel, yet there are not enough cushions for furniture, and in places, bird poop forms small clumps... My advice for the hotel management is to take care of this at once and brag about their lovely terrace! Breakfast was only average for Morocco, not matching the high standards of this hotel. Just to be clear, it is still a good breakfast, just under the expectations.

Worth visiting again!

Pros: Beautiful courtyard, good location and ideal for families. Yaseen was very helpful, he made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They even accommodated us with an early check-in and welcome is with drinks. I will highly recommend the riad for a family vacation.

Cons: The room on the first day (top floor) wasn’t the best / smelled a-lot almost unpleasant due to smelly bathroom. However, the riad kindly moved us in a better room with bigger bathroom downstairs.

Amazing stay for low price in Fes in quiet medina area

Pros: Everything was okay, staff very kind and helpful. Yassine made our stay perfect. We even did hammam with riad's recommendation 3 minutes walking from riad. The hammam was perfect, the only thing was that they were one hour late and we had to wait 1 hour there so we were eventually late for our dinner😅

Cons: Double bed is made from two single beds😏 Bide in our bathroom was broken and the pipe.

Pros: The host is very kind and available. We have been welcomed by Mohammed, who gently took care of any our need during our stay. They makes you feel at home in this spacious and well-located riad.

A perfect riad in Fez !

Pros: The riad is very well located in a secure area and a few meters from the most lively and pretty area I find. The riad is very beautiful and comfortable. Mohammed was very friendly and takes care of you. I highly recommend.

Overall no complaints .. I loved my stay .

Pros: Amazing stay for the facility and service. Mohamed was very helpful Breakfast was great.. beautiful place to stay Not in middle of busy souk I would stay longer in winter ..Room was large.

Cons: Rotating fans in ground floor living area would be nice in very hot summer
