Excellent and helpful services, Quiet and spacious rooms

Pros: spacious bright room with very well equipped and clean bathroom. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great with loads of options. I recommend asking for a pickup from the carpark as Google Maps will send you in the wrong direction.

Cons: We regret staying for 2 nights. I would recommend minimum 3 nights in Fez.

Great and beautifull accomodation and very nice helpfull staff

Pros: Very beautifull and quiet location. Great room, great staff. Had diner one evening which was very nice as well. Everything highly recommended. Thanks a lot Hicham and collegues.

Pros: I truly enjoyed the warm and friendly service, the stunning building and decor, the clean and comfortable room, and of course, the delicious breakfast, snacks, and tea! Staying here was one of the highlights of my trip — sipping fresh mint tea while surrounded by beautiful decor was the perfect way to relax after exploring the city of Fes. I will definitely come back on my next visit!

Beautiful riad in ideal location

Pros: Stunning building in a perfect location and very comfortable room

Cons: Nothing - but maybe could do with more furniture on the roof terrace

Beyond my expectations

Pros: Amazing stay, beyond our expectations. As the pictures show, the riad is tastefully renovated to a high standard, modern while preserving its Moroccan character. The room was spotless and the bathroom is amazing, with a huge shower and lovely Moroccan-style toiletries. It is 5 minutes away from one of the main streets of the medina but in a quiet street. The riad's courtyard is beautiful. What the pictures don't show is how helpful and kind everyone was. The owner was incredibly hospitable - she gave us a lot of explanations/advice about Fez. Hicham was very helpful when we first arrived to the riad. The breakfast/food is genuinely high quality (carefully sourced, often home made), the soup/dates for iftar were lovely surprise. A lot of thought and generosity have been put into making sure we had a great experience. Thank you very much.

Fantastic stay at Riad Al Ansari.

Pros: Great stay at Riad Al Ansari. The Riad is beautiful and very quiet. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The Riad is very cleaned and you have the bonus to go on the roof terrace when the weather is sunny. The staff were very polite and very friendly. The food was really good and to a great standard.

Authentic Maroccan experience, modern, well-maintained riad, would gladly stay again

Pros: Riad is fully renovated with the modern equipment of top quality, yet without compromising the traditional Maroccan style and furnishing elements (wood and tiles, garden, and fountain in the middle). By far, the best riad we have seen in Marocco. Excellent client service and hospitality, the employee came down to the parking (which is, btw very close) and helped us with the luggage. He was a well-educated young gentleman with whom we exchanged on different topics. We received a very warm welcome, got explanations about the city, and had a nice chat with the owners (French- Maroccan couple). The breakfast was very good and we also recommend ordering the dinner in Riad - the quality of food was excellent. There is no need to worry about cold temperatures. One can heat the room with air-conditioning.

Cons: The only thing that I could criticise is that WiFi didn't work in our room. In general, the signal is not very strong in the entire medina, but we have not investigated the root cause.

A wonderful, warm Riad I’m Fes. Highly recommend!

Pros: Riad Al Ansari was just wonderful! I cannot recommend it highly enough. The riad has such a lovely warm atmosphere. The attention to detail in this Riad was 5 star- the bedding, towels, cleanliness, quality, everything was great. After having a bit of a terrible experience in another Riad in Fes (we left it a night early), coming here was such a haven! Hicham is an amazing manager- very attentive and friendly. He was generous with his time to ensure we were well settled in. The location of the riad is also excellent. Just outside the hustle and bustle to get home safe and not pestered along the way. Very well lit and always someone to attend to your needs.

Beautiful riad in beautiful Fes!

Pros: 10/10 in every way. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it, nicest riad we have stayed at so far in Morocco - the photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed a lovely meal and entertainment on New Year's Eve, and the service at the riad was excellent. Also enjoyed the breakfasts!

Cons: Nothing, honestly perfect.

Great stay, close to Medina but still very quiet

Pros: Beatiful Riad close to the Medina of Fez. Very large rooms (we rented two family rooms), with comfortable beds and good showers. Thank you Hicham, for receiving us with great hospitality !! This is what makes a stay special. We arrived by car; parking close to the Riad and a very short walk into the medina. Perfect.

Cons: Nothing, all good.
