Beautiful Riad

Pros: The Riad was beautiful, both inside and outside in the courtyard. The rooms were cosy and cleaned every day. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They organised our transport and tours. The balcony overlooking the courtyard was a wonderful place to relax. Breakfast was delicious, and they were able to accommodate our dietary needs. The location was great, being away from the noise of the main souks and easy to access by car.

Pros: Good service! We arrived midnight because delay of fligbt and taxi was waiting for us at the airport. Nice Riad traditional and big room with beutifull bathroom

Nice riad in fes medina

Pros: Place is located in fes medina, c. 10 minutes walk from places of tourists interests, which also made the riad an ideal place to have some calm and silence. The inner garden is also very beautiful, although we could not benefit from it due to the low temperatures in january in fes. Staff was extremely nice and helpful at all times.

Cons: Room was very spacious however as pretty common in the country, there was limited heating. Not a big deal, but in cold winter times it is better to be prepared.

Amazing, would definitely return!

Pros: Great breakfast, beautiful location and garden, fantastic staff that truly wend above and beyond for us and solved several crisis situations (like booking us a night taxi or printing out our boarding passes in very late evening)

Cons: The stairs to the upper bedroom area were a bit steep and far apart, which was difficult for some of us. Apart from that, everything was perfect

Value for money, great home cooked food

Pros: Food was really good, diverse n varied breakfast menu n had super tasty meal whilst i was there

Cons: The top garden could be made nicer n cosier

Excellent stay and staff

Pros: This was a lovely and beautiful property, family ran and owned. The place is well kept and has very good energy and a lovely inner courtyard. My room had a heater, an air conditioner that also provided heat and an extra blanket. Very nice staff. They kindly gave me my breakfast in a to go bag the night before for my 7:30am taxi pickup that they arranged for me. They also kindly showed me to my room which was already early an hour before check in. I would happily stay here again. The location is also only 2 blocks from Bab Ziat so an easy way with luggage.

Cons: None of this is within the proprietary’s control: There are very limited local options for lunch and dining. When I asked if they did a dinner, it was too late at 8pm and I was told to go the Medina which I can understand. Google Maps also has a harder time in this area and I kept running into dead ends because it thought I was on the other side of the wall and yet I still couldn’t figure the streets out because none of the street signs matched— I ended up using riyadhs as landmarks on the map before I decided stepping out of the Bab Ziat and walking around was the only solution.

Pros: Le personnel était aux petits soins. La propriétaire du riad, Mme Lalla Fatima est très accueillante, elle prend le temps de saluer et discuter avec ses convives. Le riad est bien placé dans la Médina, quartier très calme pour un bon repos et un bon sommeil. Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié, un régal. La chambre est très bien, mention spéciale pour le matelas très confortable. Le riad est très bien décoré, digne d'une photo de carte postale. Merci Mohamed pour l'accueil.

Cons: Rien à dire, tout était parfait, \

Pros: Accueil au top et nous avons hyper bien mangé dîner et petit dej ! Il faisait un peu froid et la climatisation réversible ne marchait pas bien mais le riad a tout de suite fait intervenir un technicien et mis un chauffage d'appoint dans notre chambre. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Fès avec notre enfant de 4 ans.

Pros: La atención, son muy atentos. Trato familiar. El desayuno es espectacular. Hay un parking cubierto situado a una manzana, perfecto para guardar coche o moto. Bien de precio.
