beautiful Riad with amazing staff
Pros: First of all, special thanks to Marzouka and Mohammad who made the stay feel like home❤️Riad itself is tastefully renovated, decorated and is very clean. Location is perfect being very close to Medina but also quiet. Terrace has a nice view and ideal for relaxing.
Cons: Nothing to complain

Quiet and original riad in the old town
Pros: The host was so kind to give us tips and he even guided us to the local restaurants in late evening when we have just arrived - really appreciated that! We had a 5-bed family room, not very spacious, but at least almost like separate rooms. The rooms are quite dark, but this is common in most of the riads it is just probably not so convenient to stay in the room for long hours besides sleep - but who would if you have a city to discover! The terrace was nice, the host brought the breakfast every morning to the terrace and I could even do yoga there:) Overall not freshly renovated, but original and for 1-2 night stay probably ok for everybody:)

good
Pros: The owner was friendly and welcoming. However, someone canceled our initial reservation just because we requested to change the arrival dates. Their excuse was a lack of availability, even though rooms were still showing as available on Booking.com and other platforms.
Cons: On the last day of our reservation, there was a woman with someone named Zizou—I’m not sure if she works there too—but she was very loud. When I politely asked her to lower her voice, she responded with, 'Where are you, by the way?' instead of apologizing for the noise, which was well past midnight

Pros: it was a beautiful grand Riad. It was very comfortable and clean and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and huge open spaces felt luxurious.
Cons: It was very difficult to find initially. Once you knew the way, it was fine, but for those traveling independently, more detailed directions from place seffarine would have been helpful. ans more signage, too. Also, the WIFI was good, but it was turned off at night, which was difficult to complete some remote work I had to do. otherwise, the place is magnificent.
