Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Les Émeraudes. The team was welcoming and professional, and a big thank you to Youssef for his kindness and help. The free room upgrade was a lovely surprise that made our experience even better!

The best Riad in Morocco !!

Pros: Everything! This Riad is amazing - it seemed to be newly opened, and we were one of the few guests, originally booked two night and stayed for almost a week! Abdul our host went above and beyond, always checking in with us, making sure we had anything and accommodating us for early starts with a breakfast to go. Breakfast was always delicious with fresh juice every morning, the bed was the comfiest we have ever had, always hot water with everything you need in your room. The location couldn’t be better, there’s a mini market a two minute walk and you’re surrounded by shops and restaurants, but get 0 noise.

Cons: It was all amazing! Note the entrance to the Riad is down a narrow street that could seem dodgy - but it’s fine!

Pros: Riad muy bonito y el personal muy agradable y simpàtico, te ayuda con todo lo que necessitas en todo momento.

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre magnifique avec un service exceptionnel au cœur de Fès.

Pros: C’est tout simplement l’hôtel le plus beau et le plus parfait dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et l’atmosphère est chaleureuse et authentique. Il est situé en plein cœur de la ville, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de tout, ce qui est idéal pour découvrir Fès. Le personnel est absolument exceptionnel : toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible 24h/24. Un merci tout particulier à Amin et Naima, qui ont grandement facilité notre voyage et ont été adorables du début à la fin. La qualité du service est remarquable. J’ai adoré chaque moment passé ici.

Pros: El desayuno muy bueno y completo,incluso podías repetir si querías.

Cons: Echamos en falta un colgador en el cuarto de baño, así como una repisa donde colocar la bolsa de aseo.

Schönes und gemütliches Riad

Pros: Es war ein sehr schönes Riad mit einem großen Zimmer und sehr gemütlichen Betten! Es war auch sehr sauber. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Leider sind wir noch vor dem Frühstück abgereist aber sie haben uns sogar extra ein bisschen Essen mitgegeben.

Cons: Der Klodeckel ist ein bisschen auseinander gefallen, aber man konnte sehen, dass er sehr sauber war!

Najpięknieszy riad jaki widzieliśmy w Maroku, cudownie odrestaurowany. Wspaniały personel. Na pewno wrócimy!

Pros: Wszystko było wspaniale! Cudownie odrestaurowany Riad w sercu starej Medyny. Prawdziwa perła w Fez. Bardzo dobry menadżer hotelu, bardzo pomocny, odpowiada na każde życzenie i prośbę. Personel uprzejmy, bardzo się stara aby pobyt w tym miejscu był udany. Bardzo za wszystko dziękujemy. Jeśli wrócimy do Fez na pewno zatrzymamy się ponownie w tym miejscu.

Pros: Het personeel was super vriendelijk en het is gewoon echt een prachtige riad.

Cons: Er is volgens mij een moskee in de buurt en ik werd soms door het gebed wakker gemaakt in de ochtend.

Pros: La atención de youseff y hassan excelente, las chicas que estaban cocinando alli muy simpaticas también, la cama era comodisima, el desayuno muy bueno, estaba muy limpia la habitación, en general lo recomendamos.

Cons: Todo bien, quizás la ubicación por la noche puede parecer un poco dificil, pero hemos llegado bien todos los dias.
