Riad Slima Fes

Pros: The warmth, the comfort, the cleanness and the calmness of the Riad. The host (Mohamed) is very helpful, kind and genuinely treats you as if you are part of his family ( thank you for the delicious breakfast ). The Riad (lovely decorated with a traditional Moroccan design) is a stunning gem in the centre of the old Medina. It's just few minutes from Fez Key attractions. The room was spotless, with excellent, comfortable and warm bedding. Hot shower and impeccable cleanliness. We will definitely come back again for a longer stay.

Pros: Location is perfect, in the heart of Medina. The host is very polite and the riad and rooms super clean. Beds very comfortable. It's a freshly renovated road and our experience was amazing. Hidden Gem!

Pros: Newly opened accommodation (December 2025) in the heart of the Medina of Fès. Clean, spacious, cozy rooms, very helpful and lovely staff, amazing local food. A great experience. Would love to go again.

Pros: La disponibilité et gentillesse de l hôte . La proximité du souk mosquée ainsi que commerce .le lit est très confortable.. je n ai pas pu prendre de petit déjeuner car période de ramadan .. mais j étais bien servi pour le sohr.. merci à Mohamed pour l accueil

Cons: Un chauffage pour les frileux en cette période de l année serait un plus..mais pour ma part la couette m a suffit .

Authentic and charming in the Medina!

Pros: The location is fantastic in the Medina. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Mimou (Mohamed) is absolutely charming and will go out of his way to help you and make everything perfect, even during Ramadan. If you are looking for an authentic stay you will love it. Mimou is constantly doing upgrades and working towards making an older property perfect.

Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like it but remember to bring warm things for the colder months - the riad stays cool - which in the heat of Morocco is wonderful!

Best Riad of Fez

Pros: Onze gastheer Mohammed was werkelijk een godsgeschenk.Hij stond ons de eerste dag reeds op te wachten buiten de Medina en loodste ons door de smalle wirwar van straatjes, net als hij ons door de Marokkaanse gebruiken gidste.We konden hem werkelijk niets misvragen, zelfs niet wanneer we vroeg op excursie trokken of vrij laat thuiskwamen. Ook zijn lieve vrouw Sanae was top; ze toonde ons de kunstjes uit de Marokkaanse keuken. Onze kamer vonden we 's avonds opgeruimd en lekker geurend terug, voorzien van verse handdoeken. Mohammed liep zich de benen vanonder het lijf om ons 's morgens ontbijt te brengen of ons 's avonds nog te verwennen met een kopje thee.We moesten ook vaak lachen om zijn authentieke en expressieve manier van doen.

Pros: La amabilidad de Mimo! Se preocupa mucho de ti. Te envía un WhatsApp para mandarte la ubicación, incluso nos fue a buscar dentro de la Medina porque es como un laberinto. También nos ayudó con la maletas, tiene mucha fuerza 💪🏼. Sus desayunos son muy ricos también. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa 🏠

Peaceful, Clean Riad Near Al Quaraouiyine University & Blue Gate

Pros: Riad Slima is a very pretty and clean riad with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Hot water was always available, which made the stay very comfortable. The host family is extremely friendly and welcoming. The father was especially kind and gave me very helpful tips for planning my visit around Fez, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this riad for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay, while still being close to the main attractions. It is conveniently located near Al Quaraouiyine University and the Blue Gate (Bab Bou Jeloud), so it’s easy to reach the most active and historic areas of the city. I would definitely recommend Riad Slima to anyone visiting Fez.
