Pros: The staff went above and beyond, and the riad is amazing feels really in the middle age! The room was really spacious Very good breakfast too!

Cons: The location.. At night feels really dangerous to walk around this part of the medina

Staff is amazing

Pros: The staff is AMAZING and they go an extra mile for you, they even packed our breakfast and they kept our same room (we booked twice by mistake), a big stand out to the guy at the reception, he was fantastic and always in such a good mood. The Riad is amazing and authentic too. Dinner was lovely, bed was very comfortable and our room was super cleaned.

Cons: Location is not okay for two girls travelling alone, it is very much scary and you feel unsafe especially cause the cat calling and harrassment is very heavy. I would recommend going there with a man. We heard very loud noises from roosters very early in the morning and the pray starts so early too. Not really quiet in this sense.

Excellent value for those who seek atmosphere and tradition rather than modern comfort.

Pros: The flexibility, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Ayub, was amazing. The room was adequately furnished and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. The small pool offered a refreshing dip after a hot day. The decor was very tasteful

Cons: There could have been more savoury items in the breakfast. The stairs to the room were very awkward to climb for an old person. The location on the fringe of the Medina was very scruffy.

Pros: I can’t express enough how amazing Ayub was during our stay. We had to go to the hospital due to a bad cold and he called us a taxi straight away and made sure we got there safe and called a taxi back. He took us to the dry cleaner to get our clothes washed. He gave us food recommendations and showed us around. He basically went above and beyond every single time. We loved our day at the Riad!
