Riad Arabesque & Spa

Location was fantastic. Evening meals were fabulous.

Pros: Breakfast was sufficient. We had a two night stay. The second day of breakfast eggs were cold. We felt very safe in the area. Hospitality was lovely.

Cons: Wanted to have a bath but the overflow in the bath prevented a nice full bath. Otherwise it was great.

Pros: Beautiful Riad with charming pool and interior. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was great and so was dinner on the terrace. Friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Very friendly service,good breakfast and enjoyable evening meals on the terrace with a wonderful view of the Medina by night.

Cons: It was not possible to pay with Mastercard,only visa.

Fairytale accommodation, a wonderful experience for our family! We recommend it to everyone!

Pros: Beautiful accommodation, really very beautiful architecture, we were like in a fairy tale...:-) The riad is big, there are trees inside, a pool, roof and side terraces, everything is wonderful. Big and great breakfast with a view. Perfect service and simply a great experience, for which we thank you!

Pros: The terrace views are nice for breakfast or dinner, pick up from the airport worked well - I recommend pickup, since the Riad is not that easy to find and a bit tucked away from the main action. Communication beforehand worked well.

Cons: Staff was very overworked and took very long to deliver breakfast. The pool is not really for use, it seemed more like an eyecatcher to us, as it hadn't been cleaned from insects. The spa and hamam are kind of expensive at ca. 40 dollars per person, little information was provided on this even after asking.

Amazingly beautiful Riad with awesome breakfast.

Pros: Extremely Beautiful Riad with a city view from balcony. Amazing breakfast. We were upgraded to a beautiful suit, thanks to the property manager who was very nice to offered us a late checkout as well.

Cons: There was something strange. When we (me and my wife and son) arrived we were offered some welcome tea for both. 3 plates were put for snacks and then the person served only one cookie and left with other two plates. And I saw another family (local) who were served tea and snacks many times and were treated differently.

Très bon séjour dépaysant à souhait, la situation géographique de l’hôtel à l’arrivée peut surprendre mais on s’habitue

Pros: Le Riad est magnifique, la terrasse est très agréable avec une très belle vue sur la ville, le personnel est gentil, accueillant, le petit déjeuner est correct et les repas servis sur la terrasse sont excellents, typique cuisine marocaine, je vous conseille de goûter la pastilla du chef

Pros: Ambiance chaleureuse, personnel attentif, gentil et très serviable. Toujours à notre écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux, cuisine excellente. Hammam et massage traditionnel... Je reviendrai...
