Great place

Pros: Beautiful property, tastefully decorated and full of character; attention to detail in every corner. What really makes the difference is the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, friendly and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived until departure. Their care, availability and discreet professionalism deserve a special praise and truly elevate the entire experience. Highly recommended.

Pros: The room we stayed in (Laila Tam Suite) was beautiful, as was the rest of the Riad. Very peaceful and relaxing ambience, good location, lovely fresh food and great hammam. All the staff were extremely helpful, kind and generous - especially Houda who made sure we were well-looked after.

Amazing stay!

Pros: Luxurious Riad and we were pleasantly surprised by the interior designs and the cleanliness. Breakfast was pretty decent. The staffs were one of the most accommodating we seen in Morocco. They offered to walk us to the Main Street and if we are lost, they were just a call away to pick us up! ( quite easy to find your way back if you use google map ).

Cons: It was a little bit unaccessible from the front road but wasn’t much of a trouble as there were services to help with bags or guide.

Pros: The whole place was stunning. Beautiful communal areas and the attention to detail with the fixtures and furnishings were very impressive. All the staff we met were super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice about the Riad and surrounding areas was detailed and informative. Big thanks to all the staff especially Mohammed and Houda. Look forward to a return visit at some point.

A tranquil oasis after the fun and excitement of Fes!

Pros: The property is beautiful! The pool, spa and rooms are decorated stylishly and the location was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to help us with any questions. One even took us to the view on the rooftop and explained how to get to a certain part of Fes to see another magnificent view.

Beautifully peaceful Riad with exceptional staff

Pros: Mayfez is a real gem of a place. We stayed for my partner’s 40th birthday and couldn’t have dreamed of anything more. Stunning rooms, peaceful courtyard, wonderful spa, and excellent food. The real stars are the staff though, especially Houda, Mohammed, Nadia, and our guide Abdul; they all went out of their way to make us feel like we were at home, and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. We can’t thank them enough for making it a truly special and memorable experience.
