Pros: Every thing is perfect, The hotel manager was a very pleasant and respectful person, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel; the decor is luxurious.also the place is perfect.

Pros: The property is very nice and looks really authentic. The staff is nice and helpfull.

Cons: There was a strange smell in the room. Unfortunately the staff didn’t manage to get rid of it. As the hotel was fully booked, they were not able to change our room. At the end we received as a gift for the disconfort a small bottle of argan oil. Even if it was a nice gesture, I would have prefered to have a nice smelling room.

Pros: Very authentic place. It feels like in ferytale. Very helpfull and nice people, tasty food. Nothing more to wish. My advice ir to listen advices of people of hotel regarding parking, guides and all they say. We tried to be too clever in Fes and got lesson that should have done all as boss adviced: to use exactly this parking, to take local guide as Medina ir real labirint:)

Mixed Feelings

Pros: The hotel itself was beautifull. The room had a good size and was beautifully decorated. It was clean, but not spotless. The staff, besides the manager was great, and was always happy to help. The manager did treat us normal after the first night. Breakfast was okay.

Cons: The location is tricky. It's in the middle of the Medina, yes it's in the old center, but to get from the parking place (not private) to the hotel, we walked at least 15 minutes through a poor neighbourhood. We did not feel safe and at different moments wanted to take off, even though we'd lose the booking. When we arrived, I said that in booking.com it didn't say we had to go through a barrio to reach the hotel, to which the manager replied raising his voice \
