Great location and exceptional service

Pros: Location and good breakfast. The decor is pleasing to the eye. Some signs of wear and tear but no damage.

Pros: Riad Dilar Fes & Spa is an excellent place to stay and is perfectly located, close to everything in Fes. The staff are truly amazing and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A special thanks to Imad and Mohammed — they welcome everyone with such warmth and kindness. They are simply outstanding and make the stay even more special. I would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit Fes. Highly recommended!

Beautiful riad in central location

Pros: Centrally located and very friendly staff. Beautiful riad with great features. Breakfast was delicious (even packed us breakfast takeaway before our early flight).

Cons: Shower took a while before water was warm.

Friendly staffs and cozy room

Pros: Staffs are kind, friendly and have great hospitality! The location is also good. The room is cozy and spacious.

Cons: It would be good if amenities such as shower & gel were higher and there were tissue boxes in room. Basically there are no negative points, though.

Lovely staff, breathtaking architecture, clean and tidy and delicious food.

Pros: I loved the traditional style of the building. The service was absolutely amazing, they treated us like royalty. Comfortable beds, extremely clean and well organised.

Pros: Our stay was great. The Riad was very accommodating with our questions and requests, allowing one of us to check in before the rest of the group as he arrived a lot earlier. They helped us arrange a day out and gave us good recommendations. Prices were fair and the staff was beyond kind and attentive. We had a genuinely great time. The hammam experience was just so much fun, it was definitely a highlight! The location is also good as it's close enough to the Medina without being too chaotic. Definitely recommend!

Pros: The hotel is gorgeous and it feels like being guests of a well off Moroccan family. The breakfast was very good and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A great stay at the edge of the Medina of Fes.

Pros: Very accommodating staff; helped me with finding guides/tours and prepared breakfast sooner on the last day, so I could leave for an earlier train. I have received a free upgrade to a bigger, better equipped room. Good restaurant with wide selection of Moroccan foods right at the property.

Cons: While this was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in Morocco, it was still not up to the European standard I am used to. Also, the sound isolation of rooms is really bad, one can hear sounds from both the streets and the restaurant in the inner courtyard; bring ear buds!

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel. The manager Mohamad M K was very welcoming and helpful, and I received plenty of advice about where to go and what to see. The breakfast was very good and abundant.

Highly recommended

Pros: This was our first experience with Riad. The enterior was amazing and everything was perfect. The persons who worked for the Riad were super-kind, especially Mohammad at the Reception. We could order the dinner in advance, so at the evening we just went down and they serve it immediately.
