Pros: Very beutiful riad in the middle of the jewish quarter and with easy access to the medina. The staff is amazing and has been very helpful when my husband got sick. The breakfast is one of the best be had in Morocco. We stayed there when we first arrived in Morocco and decided to stay there again just before flying out. Great place!

Pros: Our stay at Riad Serendipity was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Sebastian, Nazha, and Selma were incredibly kind and welcoming — their hospitality made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of local flavors. A special thanks to Nazha Selma and Sebastian who took such great care of us and made every moment special. The riad has such a warm, familiar atmosphere, and the price–value ratio is excellent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! + thank you to Adil who gave us a spin!

Pros: The Riad was all and more than we expected. The decor is amazing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed with appropriate bedding and towels. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as it’s in the old part of town with no traffic except for bicycles and motorcycles which we learned quickly to avoid. An easy walk either way took us to different parts of the town. Even the neighbours were very friendly and chatted with us whenever we went out. The wee shop opposite is very handy too. The lady was great even though we had difficulty with the language. It’s not a quiet area through the day but we were never disturbed at night. Breakfast was amazing and delicious every day. Dinner also met our expectations.

Cons: I can honestly say there was nothing that we didn’t like.

Pros: The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds. The hosts, Adil and Roberta, along with the ladies of the staff, are all wonderfully kind, helpful, and welcoming, making every moment of my stay feel truly special.

Cons: There’s really nothing to dislike. It’s a brand-new riad with just a few small details to fine-tune. I had a wonderful stay!

Just delightful in every way

Pros: We couldn’t have had better hosts. So welcoming! This recently restored Riad in the quieter but very interesting Jewish quarter was fully decorated in Moroccan style by local artisans. We were particularly grateful for the airconditioned room and the cool sitting/dining area. Our hosts catered to all our food preferences and gave us all the information and practical help we needed to make the most of our stay in Fes.

Très bon accueil

Pros: Nous avons séjourné une nuit en janvier 2026, donc en hors saison. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec thé à la menthe et petits gâteaux 😊 Le temps ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de l’extérieur et de la terrasse du riad. Je voyageais avec mon père, nous avons donc opté pour une chambre avec 2 lits séparés située au rez-de chaussée. La salle de bain est vraiment très petite avec douche et toilette ensemble, mais les photos montrent bien cela. Si vous êtes en voiture, il y a un parking à proximité (quelques euros pour la nuit) et c’est facile d’accès à pied ensuite.

Pros: スタッフのRobertaさん夫妻、お料理を作ってくださったNouzha, Selmaなどたくさんの暖かい人にお世話になった。夕ご飯朝ごはん共に優しい味で美味しかった。（特に夕ご飯のモロッカンサラダと朝ごはんのドーナツが美味しかった） 猫に引っかかれてしまった際にも手当をしてくれたり薬をいただいたり、優しくしていただいた。 お部屋の内装も綺麗。水周りも綺麗（シャワーの威力は強くないがお湯はすぐ出た） 観光地にも歩いて行けるしローカルな商店街も近く良いエリアだった。
