OZ Palace Ouarzazate & SPA

Fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel and fantastic staff.

Pros: We booked this hotel for the last two nights of our Morocco holiday and it was the perfect place for us to just relax and enjoy the grounds. The hotel itself is beautiful with an amazing pool area, and the suites are exceptional. The staff were fantastic, particularly Samira who was on hand to help us with anything we needed and was more than helpful. She certainly made our stay at the hotel extra special.

Great resort and would highly recommend it for a family stay.

Pros: We stayed over on our way to Merzouga and this stay at Oz Palace was one of the best we have had in our entire trip to Morocco. The food was just super amazing. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons: The pool was too cold for us to step into, but our children enjoyed it.

A beautiful and intimate experience

Pros: Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

Cons: Nothing. It was so nice.

Pros: It was a pure pleasure to stay at OZ Palace. The architecture of the building is impressive. The interior design with many oriental details is impressive. Rooms are very comfortable and really spacious. The garden makes you feel like in a fairytale. Breakfast was very good and tasty. The hotel service is extremely friendly and helpful. I have to especially thank Sana and Samira - you are amazing!

Séjour inoubliable

Pros: Le personnel adorable, très bon acceuil ! Repas très bon, petit déjeuner copieux, le directeur super sympa ! Bref acceuil génial ! Nous avons été surclassé, et on nous à même offert le tajine le soir du réveillon après un hammam et massage. Vraiment adorable ! Notre chambre avait vu sur l atlas enneigé et les palmiers, la vu était vraiment magnifique !!!

Splendida struttura e camere comodissime

Pros: Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'Hotel OZ Palace, a partire dal contesto architettonico splendido che rende l'ambiente davvero speciale. Le camere sono molto spaziose e arredate finemente, offrendo tutto lo spazio e il comfort che cercavamo. La mattina inizia alla grande con una colazione ottima e abbondante. Un punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile, con una menzione speciale per la manager Samira che è stata eccezionale con noi. Ci siamo goduti anche il bellissimo giardino con la piscina, oltre alla comodità di avere il parcheggio interno alla struttura, fondamentale per chi viaggia in auto.

Pros: J’ai passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Oz Palace. L’accueil chaleureux et la bienveillance du personnel méritent d’être soulignés : toujours disponibles, souriants et attentifs. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et dotée d’un balcon agréable. La literie était un peu trop ferme à mon goût, mais le personnel a immédiatement réagi en ajoutant dès le lendemain un surmatelas, ce qui a rendu le couchage beaucoup plus confortable — un vrai signe d’écoute et de professionnalisme ! Le petit-déjeuner, généreux et varié, permet de bien commencer la journée. Le cadre typiquement marocain est très charmant et dépaysant.

Cons: Seul petit bémol : la piscine un peu froide (environ 22°C).

Endroit de charme dans un luxe raffiné.

Pros: Architecture recherchée représentant bien l’artisanat du Maroc avec ses belles céramiques, ses nombreux vases en poterie, ses belles fontaines, ses innombrables boiseries et le soucis du détail dans la décoration. Literie et robe de chambre de très grande qualité. Petit déjeuner varié à partir base d’excellents produits locaux. Le personnel se distingue par son professionnalisme, son dévouement et son extrême gentillesse. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et le recommandons sans hésiter.

Nice hotel although awkward location and relatively expensive.

Pros: Lovely garden setting and pool. Room was quite unique in style, large and interesting design with a nice balcony overlooking the garden.

Cons: The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood. Not that nice to arrive in the dark. Too far to walk to the main city area. Quite expensive for what it was.
