We had a great stay

Pros: The staff was amazing, we were given a parking spot and the attendant knew we were coming, we arrived hungry in the evening and a staff member went above and beyond and accompanied us to a great restaurant. The breakfast was exceptional and filling, the pool a great way to cool off. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

Really nice place but could do with a few improvements

Pros: Beautiful place, lovely staff, great breakfast, lovely rooms with a fantastic bathroom

Cons: Accessing it is tricky with only google maps and leads through a dark alley. Nearby parking always full. The bathroom door is very loud. The room could have more in terms of plates, glasses - would save going downstairs for everything. The pool is very small and not particularly nice.

Exactly what we needed for a short stay in Fes

Pros: The property is an oasis of calm in the heat and hustle bustle of Fes Medina. Value for money was excellent and the staff were lovely, couldn't fault it

Pros: - if you ever wanted to stay in a palace, this is a great place to do it - wonderful palace with a beautiful courtyard and nice terrace - wonderful host and people working in the palace - both our room and our suite were incredible - very good breakfast and dinner - great location to experience the city

Cons: - the pool was not as inviting as we had hoped, but maybe it wasn't the right season for it yet

Pros: We liked its authenticity and its opulence, it was a calm oasis retreat in the middle of the Medina’s hustle and bustle. The team that run the Riad’s day to day activities cannot be faulted. The care and attention they give their guests is second to none, we were very well looked after by all.

Cons: Nothing. It was totally appropriate for its situation and the type of holiday we were looking for.

A very short but enjoyable trip.

Pros: We were very happy with our stay. Muhammad upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. The hotel environment was quiet, yet it was just a short walk to the bustling streets. Everyone at the hotel was fantastic and always responded promptly to any needs or requests. This was important as these little tips made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. We returned to the hotel very late at night, but Ali waited for us and even prepared some orange juice. We felt a home-like warmth at the hotel. I'm sorry I can't remember all the staff members' names from yesterday and today, but they were truly amazing! The hotel also offers guide services, which I believe is a great option in the streets of Fes, as there are so many winding paths!

A sheltering sky in Fes

Pros: Perhaps one of the most pleasant place you would like to be in Fes ..both to enjoy a charming atmosphere ..have a relaxing time and breath the authentic Medina life. Staff is attentive and cheerful. Super clean and comfortable. Comfortable mattress..no bad odours around (like in other riad people experiences) and full with light despite in the narrow passages of the Fes Medina. There is a wide and beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the city. Breakfast is enough wide and well prepared. I would come here again

Cons: Arrange a meeting with the staff at arrival, cause the Medina is not really an easy place to find your own way around!! But is a safe place to be

Magical adventure in world famous Fes medina.

Pros: Our host Mohammed gave us excellent service! He is professional, attentive, friendly and efficient! He helped us with good recommendations and advice how to navigate tricky Fes medina.

Cons: The rooms were good, however some small details should be attended to before they become big problems - for example, some mold in the bathroom, some paint here and there.

Pros: Very nice hotel and a super nice view at the terrace as well specially in the evening, the host Mo is very nice, he will met you at a point and show you the route to the hotel so you won’t get lost in the medina
